Purpose:Through the measurement of eyeball biological parameters of junior high school students between different ethnic groups in Mojiang County Yunnan Province the relationship between eyeball biological parameters and eyeball refraction status of junior high school students living in the same region with different nationalities and genders was analyzed. To provide further insights into the role of the wavelength of lights in the pathophysiology of myopia and other ocular disease.Method:Fifteen secondary school students in MoJiang County were randomly sampled and 10 of them were selected. The first grade junior high school students were the subjects of the study.A questionnaire survey was conducted on all first-year junior high school students. Each subject underwent intraocular pressure and biometric measurements(including corneal thickness corneal K value, anterior chamber depth and crystal thickness)using len-star.Eye length external eye anterior segment OCT vision and optometry ophthalmological examination and height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure. The eyeball biological parameters and eyeball refractive status of junior high school students of different ethnicities and genders were statistical analysis.Result:A total of 2346 students(93.5%response rate)who were not living in Mojiang for one year and residing in Mojiang for more than four years and had not planned to live in Mojiang for more than four years and the students were unable to cooperate were excluded from the investigation. There were 1213 males 1133 females 393 Han Chinese(8.4%)and 1448 Hani(31.0%).The results show:1.In the general condition of the Han Hani Yi and other ethnic groups there are significant differences in height and blood pressure.Among them Han has the highest height Hani and Yi have the highest systolic blood pressure Hani has the highest diastolic pressure and the anterior chamber depth. The distribution of axial length crystal thickness and corneal curvature were not significantly different. However the distribution of central corneal thickness was significantly different among the Han,Hani,Yi and other ethnic minorities(p=0.023)among which Han was 541.31±31.01um,Hani 536.20±31.29um,Yi 539.66±27.31um,other ethnic minorities537.85±29.76um.The central corneal thickness of the Han nationality was the thickest and there was no significant difference in the central corneal thickness distribution among other ethnic groups..2.There was no significant difference in the distribution of central corneal thickness, crystal thickness and intraocular pressure(P>0.05),but there was a difference in the distribution of axial length and anterior chamber depth between men and women(P<0.05).It is 22.86±0.66mm>male(22.37±0.63mm)while the anterior chamber depth female(2.79±0.22mm)>male(2.89±0.22mm)female in the same area is the axial length of the female(22.86±0.66mm)>male(22.37±0.63mm)female anterior chamber depth(2.89±0.22mm)>male anterior chamber depth(2.79±0.22mm)(P<0.05).3.The central corneal thickness crystal thickness intraocular pressure and corneal refractive power were not significantly different on the BMI(P>0.05)but the axial length was different. The larger the BMI,the longer the axial length was..4.The correlation between central corneal thickness and axial length, crystal thickness and intraocular pressure was not related to other factors. With the increase of axial thickness and lens thickness the thicker the cornea the thicker the cornea the higher the intraocular pressure and the weak correlation between the thickness of the cornea and the nation.5.In univariate analysis univariate regression correlation found that axial length was related to gender BMI height weight and blood pressure and was not related to other systemic factors.Anterior chamber depth was related to gender height and body weight. There is no correlation with other systemic factors. The thickness of crystals is related to race and age.It is not related to other factors.Intraocular pressure is related to blood pressure.6.In the multi-factor correlation analysis of eyeball biological parameters axial length was related to gender and systolic blood pressure but not to diastolic pressure height body weight and other factors anterior chamber depth was related to gender and height and had nothing to do with other body factors.Crystal thickness is related to blood pressure intraocular pressure is related to blood pressure not related to other systemic factors7.The K value of the light and moderate myopia equivalent spherical mirror is positively correlated(r = 0.086 P = 0.000).The higher the equivalent spherical lens the greater the refractive power of the cornea and the negative correlation with the thickness of the crystal.= 0.360 P = 0.000)which means that the equivalent sphere is elevated and the crystal is thinner.Conclusion:1.There are significant differences in body condition height and blood pressure among different ethnic groups among which the Han nationality has the highest height the Hani and Yi nationalities have the highest systolic blood pressure the Hani people have the highest diastolic pressure and the anterior chamber depth axial length crystal thickness and cornea There was no significant difference in the distribution of curvature but there was a significant difference in the distribution of central corneal thickness among the Han Hani Yi and other ethnic minorities with the Han's central corneal thickness being the thickest. In the same region there are differences in the axial axis of different body mass index.2.In Mojiang County there was no significant gender difference in central corneal thickness crystal thickness and intraocular pressure(p)0.05)but there was a difference in the distribution of axial length and anterior chamber depth between men and women(P<0.05).Female axial length distribution was 22.86±0.66mm>male(22.37±0.63mm)and anterior chamber depth female(2.79±0.22mm)>male(2.89±0.22mm).This is in line with our previous investigation the incidence of myopia in Mojiang County.Rate women>Men related In regions with low incidence of myopia the refractive power crystal thickness and corneal curvature radius of the cornea will change with changes in the equivalent spherical lens and the anterior chamber depth axial length central corneal thickness and intraocular pressure will not change.3.Between the different BMIs the central corneal thickness crystal thickness intraocular pressure and corneal refractive power were not significantly different(P>0.05)but the axial length was different. The results showed that the higher the body mass index the longer the axial length(P<0.05)combined with the investigation we have made believe that this may be caused by eating habits and excessive outdoor exercise time.4.After univariate and multivariate regression analysis of central corneal thickness there was no correlation between central corneal thickness and axial length crystal thickness and intraocular pressure. With the increase of axial thickness and lens thickness the thicker the cornea and the thicker the cornea the higher the intraocular pressure. The thickness of the cornea is weakly related to the nationality. The factors that determine the central thickness of the cornea may be the combination of environmental factors and genetic factors.5.Axial length was related to gender and systolic blood pressure. However irrespective of factors such as diastolic pressure height and body weight anterior chamber depth was related to gender and height and had nothing to do with other body factors.Crystal thickness was related to blood pressure intraocular pressure was related to blood pressure and Other systemic factors were not.6.Changes in the other biological parameters of the eye may change at the same time in the mild to moderate myopia...
