Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy By Using The Centro-square Needle With Eletro-acupuncture From The Neck And Shoulder Named A-shi Acupoint

ObjectiveIn this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of the Centro-square needle with Eletro-acupuncture from the neck and shoulder named A-shi Acupoint and the routine acupuncture with eletro-acupuncture,to contrast these two therapies,to explore the effect by using the Centro-square needle with Eletro-acupuncture from the neck and shoulder named A-shi Acupoint,In order to provide a more effective method for treatment of CSR and explore the clinical value of traditional acupuncture method,this paper discusses the advantages of acupuncture combined with acupuncture on neck and shoulder in the treatment of CSR.MethodsIn this experiment,With a simple randomized control principle,the standard subjects were randomly assigned to the Centro-square needle with Eletro-acupuncture from the neck and shoulder named A-shi Acupoint of the group and the routine acupuncture with eletro-acupuncture of the 30 patients.Acupuncture one times two days,10 times for 1 course,after 2 courses,they were recorded in the Tanka Yasuku symptom quantization tabie 20 division method,visual analog scales and the neck disability index rating scale,then I was using SPSS20.0 software package statistical analysis of data collection.ResultsThe gender,age,course of disease,the Tanka Yasuku symptom quantization tabie 20 division method,visual analog scales and the neck disability index score before treatment of the two groups were compared.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),so the two groups were comparable.After treatment,Tanka Yasuku symptom quantization tabie 20 division method score was used for evaluation.The scores after treatment was higher than before treatment.But,VAS and NDI scores were opposite than before.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group of the Tanka Yasuku symptom quantization tabie 20 division method,visual analog scales and the neck disability index rating scale were better than the control group after 2 courses.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group was heal in 3 cases(10%),markedly effective in 16 cases(53.5%),effective in 10 cases(33.3%),ineffective in 1 cases(3.3%),the total effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group,1 cases was heal(3.3%),markedly effective in 11 cases(36.7%),effective in 14 cases(46.7%),ineffective in 4 cases(13.3%),the total effective rate was 86.7%.This difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the improvement of symptoms and signs of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy was more obvious.Conclusionthe Centro-square needle with Eletro-acupuncture from the neck and shoulder named A-shi Acupoint and the routine acupuncture with eletro-acupuncture in the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy are obvious efficacy,but the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,which had clinical application value,so we should attach importance to the application of the traditional acupuncture method in clinic.
