ObjectiveModern medicine of Coronary Heart Disease is similar to TCM Obstruction of Heartache,the purpose and meaning of the study is collecting the academic sources which related to the treatment of chest pain Etiology and refer to the academic thoughts and clinical experiences of famous medicine physicians in ancient times,and the scientific research results made by experts at recent ten years studying.Through the literature collection,discussing and analysis about obstruction of heartache,we may know more about obstruction of heartache field.MethodsThe research method of this master thesis adopts the evolution of ancient medical literature,the research of modern medical literature,and arranges it by means of literature study? The research of ancient TCM literature is focusing on the classical works,and emphasize the differential theory comparing? The research methods of modern literature focus on information processing and computer applications,especially in the past decade,with emphasis on evidence-based medicine(EBM)and modern scientific research materials.The first step searching to use Google,Sogou,and Baidu,next step searching use CNKI data base for frequency and percentage analysis.ResultsCollect the literature summarization of the causes of heartache disease,there are 13 kinds of TCM Pathogenesis,include blood stasis,cold obstruction causing qi stagnation,blood stasis and toxin.Above all,the maojor correlation event is blood stasis.The treatment also has 13 kinds methods,for the contents of symptomatic classification,clarify the relationship between disease and syndrome.ConclusionThe pathogenesis of ostruction of hartache consists of two aspects;they are asthenia in orgin and sthenia in superficiality.The major factor of sthenia in superficiality followed by the blood stasis,and the phlegm turbidity is secondary;the major factor of asthenia in orgin followed by the qi deficiency and Yan weakness is secondary,they are differnet from Han Dynasty "Yang Wei Yin Xian".The clinical symptoms of ostruction of hartache are based on syndrome differentiation and treatment in superficiality and orgin by parallel.Commonly used supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation and removing phlegm methods in the acute stage,which is foucs on sthenia in superficiality pathogensis and treatment.Professor Wu.Wei of theory is heat blood stasis and toxin hinking,he ofen used Qingre Huoxue Fang decoction for activating blood circulation in clinical experience and get well result.
