ObjecttiveThrough the establishment of simple obesity model in rats,observation of acupoint catgut embedding combined with aerobic exercise in the treatment of simple obesity,and whether there is an intrinsic link between the various indicators.On the one hand,it provides relevant evidence for clinical application and development;On the other hand,it further clarified the mechanism of acupoint catgut embedding combined with aerobic exercise to lose weight,and provided a scientific experimental basis for the study of effective methods for weight loss..MethodsThis topic adopts the method of high-fat feed to establish a simple obese rat model.After successful modeling,the model group was divided into four groups: model group,model + embedding group,model + exercise group,model + embedding + exercise group.The rats were observed during the general situation and weight,Lee's index,waist circumference and other indicators.After the experiment,serum,perirenal and epididymal parts of fat were collected.Serum lipids(total cholesterol TC,triglyceride TG,LDL and HDL)were measured with automatic biochemical analyzer.The fat in the perirenal and epididymis was weighed.Data management using Microsoft Excel 2010 and data processing using SPSS20.0.Results(A)the general situationCompared with the model group,catgut embedding,aerobic exercise,acupoint catgut embedding + aerobic exercise can improve the body shape hypertrophy,hair oil,stool sticky and other general conditions.(B)weightCompared with the model control group before modeling(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups and the baseline was comparable.After modeling,the comparison between the control group and the model control group(P<0.05)There was a statistical difference between the two groups,and the body weight of the model group was higher than that of the control group,indicating that the model was successful.During the treatment period,the body weight of rats in each group changed with time(P <0.001),and the mean difference in body weight of rats changed with time(P <0.001),and the time trend of body weight in each group was different(P < 0.001).Compared with the model group(P <0.05),the weight gain values of the three groups of the embedding group,the exercise group,and the embedding line + exercise group were all lower.However,there was no significant difference in the effect of the three treatment methods(P> 0.05).From a numerical point of view,the average weight gain values of rats in each group were: model group> control group> embedding line group> exercise group> embedding line + exercise group.(C)Lee's indexDuring the treatment period,the Lee's index of rats in each group changed with time(P=0.006<0.05),and the difference between the mean of Lee's index of rats changed with time(P<0.001),and the time of Lee's index mean of rats in each group changed.The trends are different(P<0.001).The Lee's index increased in the control group and the catgut embedding group,while the Lei's index in the catgut embedding group,the exercise group,and the embedding line+exercise group decreased to varying degrees.Compared with model group(P<0.05),acupoint catgut embedding,aerobic exercise,acupoint catgut embedding and aerobic exercise all reduced the Lee's index of rats,and the embedding line and exercise group decreased most,followed by embedding thread group and exercise group.Then again.However,there was no significant difference in the effect of the three treatment methods(P>0.05).(D)waist circumferenceDuring the treatment period,the waist circumference of each group changed with time(P <0.001),and the waist circumference of the rats changed with time(P <0.001).There was a statistically significant difference in the waist circumference of each group(P <0.001).The waist circumference of each group gradually increased,and the growth of waist circumference in each group was not the same.Compared with the model group,the waist circumference of the model group increased more than the other four groups(P < 0.05).Model group> control group> exercise group> embedded group> inlay line + exercise group.However,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of the three treatment methods(P> 0.05).(E)fat around the kidney and epididymisAfter treatment,compared with the model group(P<0.05),catgut embedding at acupoints,aerobic exercise,catgut embedding at acupoints and aerobic exercise both reduced the amount of fat.However,there was no significant difference between embedding group,exercise group and embedding + exercise group(P> 0.05).Numerically,the average amount of fat mass around kidney and epididymis of the five groups of rats was> exercise group> embedding group> control group> embedding + exercise group.(F)changes in various indicators of blood lipidsAfter treatment,compared with the model group(P<0.05),catgut embedding,aerobic exercise,catgut embedding + aerobic exercise can reduce the content of TG,TC and LDL,and increase the content of HDL.However,there was no significant difference between the three treatments(P>0.05).Numerically,the total cholesterol content in the five groups of rats was as follows: model group> exercise group> embedding group> exercise + embedding group> control group;triglyceride content in five groups: model group> exercise group> > Control group> exercise + embedding group;LDL content in five groups: model group> control group> exercise group> embedding group> exercise + embedding group;five groups of rats high density lipoprotein content: control Group> exercise + embedding group> embedding group> exercise group> model group.ConclusionCatgut embedding,aerobic exercise,catgut embedding + aerobic exercise can be improved to improve body shape hypertrophy,hair oil,stool sticky and other general conditions.The experimental rats are in the growing period,so the body weight,waist circumference and other indicators of sustainable growth.In the one-month treatment period,weight,Lee's index,waist circumference mean acupoint catgut embedding combined with aerobic exercise group had a tendency to decrease compared with simple acupoint catgut embedding group and simple aerobic exercise group;peripheral fat mass,TC,TG around the kidney and epididymis.The mean value of LD content in acupoints combined with aerobic exercises was lower than that in acupoints with acupuncture and aerobic exercise alone;the mean value of HD content in acupoints with acupuncture combined with aerobic exercises was higher than that in acupoints with acupuncture and aerobic exercises alone,but There is no statistical significance.It is necessary to increase the sample size in the future and extend the treatment cycle to further verify.
