Objective:According to the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis,we studied the clinical curative effect of Du-Huo-Ji-Sheng Decoction accompany with Western medicine in treating joint osteoporosis with rheumatoid arthritis,and provided the clinical evidence for Chinese medicine treatment of secondary OP with RA.Methods:According to the sample size estimatiom,56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases each.The control group to methotrexate 10 mg oral qw,calcium Erqi 1 # oral qd,Luo Gaiquan 1 # oral qd,Ipsap 25 mg subcutaneous qw treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Du-Huoo-Ji-Sheng Decoction from Sun Simiao "Prepared emergency Qianjin Yao Fang" plus one daily dose,with 400 ml of boiling water to dissolve,drinking after a meal.The two groups were treated and observed for 3 months,if necessary,oral celecoxib capsules.The symptom of joint,DAS28 score,assessment of daily living ability,ESR,CRP,alkaline phosphatase,lumbar BMD,sharp score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reaction index,post-treatment data for comparison and analysis.Results:1.In the overall efficacy of rheumatoid secondary osteoporosis,the treatment group markedly effective in 24 cases,effective in 3 cases,1 case of ineffective,the control group markedly effective in 20 cases,effective in 1 case,ineffective in 7 cases,the treatment group,the control group The total effective rate was 96% and 75%,respectively,and the difference betweenthe effective treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(p <0.05).2.In the morning stiffness time,both hands grip,joint tenderness index,resting pain VAS score and other indicators of clinical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis,after treatment,both indicators have improved,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in joint swelling index between the two groups after treatment(p> 0.05).3.There was significant difference between the two groups(p <0.05)in the laboratory indexes such as ESR,anti-CCP antibody,anti-CCP antibody and alkaline phosphatase,but there was no significant difference in rheumatoid factor(p> 0.05).4.In terms of radiological indicators,the lumbar spine BMD and sharp scores of the two groups after treatment have significant differences,with statistical significance(p <0.05).5.After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the DAS28 score of disease activity(p <0.05).6.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p <0.05)in terms of daily living ability and health score.7.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p <0.05)in reducing the TCM syndrome score.8.In the aspect of medication safety,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.6%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 14.3%.The adverse reactions in both groups were mild with no serious adverse reactions.ConclusionInduction of Du-Huo-Ji-Sheng Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the RA secondary OP patients with joint symptoms,osteoporosis symptoms,reduce disease activity,radiological scores and improve the ability of daily living health score,indicating that the Du-Huo-Ji-Sheng Decoction in the treatment of RA bone Loose aspects of the positive effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has played a dominant role for the Du-Huo-Ji-Sheng Decoction clinical application provides a strong clinical evidence.
