Pathogenicity Of Spontaneous Ovarian Insufficiency Analysis Of The Type Of Medical Constitution

ObjectiveThe relationship between premature menopause caused by spontaneous ovarian dysfunction and related factors such as social work,diet law,emotional state and other related factors of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed,and the risk factors of spontaneous ovarian insufficiency were analyzed to provide ideas for early prevention and control of spontaneous ovarian dysfunction.It provides a valuable early warning method for women' s reproductive health.Methods150 cases of POI patients and 117 normal physical examination persons were collected,and the ovarian and adrenal function were evaluated.The pathogenic factors of POI,such as heredity and immunity,were excluded in the case group,and the specific POI was defined,and the social life and the physique type of traditional Chinese medicine may be affected.The factors were evaluated.SPSS18.0 software was used to carry out statistical data.An example number is used to describe the counting data,and the measurement data of the normal distribution are described with the standard deviation of the mean number.The median(four digits)will be used for the description of the measurement data of the non normal distribution.Mine test or Fisher accurate test is used for comparison between enumeration data groups,Student t test or Mann-whitney U test is used to test the comparison between measurement data groups.P<0.05 is statistically significant,and a statistically significant variable is introduced into two yuan Logistic regression analysis model was used to screen out the risk factors,calculate OR and 95%confidence interval,and check the level of P=0.05.Results1.it was found that the occurrence of spontaneous ovarian insufficiency was closely related to the pressure level of the living diseases,the age of the menarche,the number of artificial abortion,the intake of bean products,the breakdown of the close relationship and the menopause of the mother,and the pregnancy,birth,occupation,work,personal income,living and rest sleep quality,diet law,and the following.There was no significant relationship between the number of births and other diseases(P>0.05).Further regression analysis showed that the risk factors of spontaneous primary ovarian insufficiency were diet law,no intimacy rupture,high pressure of life disease,more people flow,and late menarche age.2.the physical types of traditional Chinese medicine are different from those of the healthy people(P<0.05).According to the analysis of the body mass of Chinese medicine in the case report,the common constitution of the patients with spontaneous ovarian dysfunction is qi depression,Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness.The qi depression is the susceptible constitution of the disease.ConclusionThe main influencing factors of spontaneous ovarian dysfunction include pressure,menarche age,family history and induced abortion.In the physique type of Chinese medicine,the constitution type can be summed up into Qi yu,Yang deficiency and phlegm wet quality.The results of this clinical study can be summed up and combined with the previous research results and literature research,which can guide women to improve their health awareness,make a good way of life be pushed wide,and form a kind of health in society.The habit of living habits helps to reduce the incidence of premature menopause due to spontaneous ovarian dysfunction.
