Study On The Academic Ideology Of Li Ke And His Clinically Applied Law In Pneumonia

Objective This study summarizes the Li Ke's academic ideology,with its academic critical ideology to treat difficult diseases in the clinic,so can heritage and carry forward his academic thoughts and clinical experience,play to the advantages in the medical that treatment of medical,surgical,gynecologic,Paediatric and severe difficult disease.Combined with the application of his academic ideology,the clinical data of pneumonia were excavated and studied,and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation,the application of prescription and the evaluation of curative effect were summarized.Methods By collecting and sorting out the related literature,works and related statements of Li Ke,the study will sum up the origin and essence of the academic ideology of Li Ke.A case retrospective study was carried out to investigate the hospitalized patients who met the inclusion criteria in the past five years(January 1,2012-2016,December 31st)in the past four years in Fangcun Branch Hospital of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.The general situation,clinical symptoms and signs,basic medical history,inspection and discharge diagnosis of patients were arranged and analyzed by CRF table.Described the gender,age,basic disease,personal history by the chart,and pneumonia type,syndrome characteristics,diagnostic prescription treatment and their efficacy analysis were prepared at the same time.To study the application of Li Ke's academic thought in pneumonia that characteristics of syndrome differentiation and curative effect.Results 1.The origin of Li Ke's academic ideology Li Ke is personnel in Chinese traditional medicine,who engaged in clinical medicine for more than 40 years,by the coincidence into the portal of traditional Chinese medicine.He study in clinical medicine in the face of adversity,finally he understand the secret of classical prescriptions by continuing to explore doubt of clinical.conducting Huangdineijing,Shanghanzabinglun,Shen Nong's Herbal Classic,Nanjing as the theoretical basis of his academic ideology.Tireless in the way of traditional Chinese medicine,combining with the academic characteristics of Peng Ziyi,Zheng Qinan and other doctors,Li Ke formed a comprehensive and perfect academic ideas.2.Summary of Li Ke's academic ideology Summarizing Li Ke's academic ideology from five aspects:Disease is spontaneous,syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians,congenital and postnatal,the principle of strengthening yang-qi and necessity of eight methods of treatment,the way of evil is the way out of evil.3.Clinical application of pneumonia With more women than men,the sex ratio is about 1:1.68;the average age was 52.5±12.656 years;the most common clinical symptoms were cough(92.5%),expectoration(83.2%),mental fatigue,anorexia(75.7%)(62.6%),dry mouth(58.9%),fever(57.9%),insomnia(57.9%),white sputum(57),abnormal stool(53.2%),chills(47.7%);The common tongue is pale tongue(80.6%),white(70.1%),greasy coated tongue(65.4%),dark tongue(47.7%)and red tongue(40.2%);the common pulse is Left pulse chord(47.7%),left pulse fine(41.1%),right pulse fine(39.3%),right pulse slide(37.4%).There were 69 cases(65.5%)of single syndrome type disease,the double and thriple economic syndrome of 38 cases(34.5%).Shaoyin deficiency syndrome was 33.6%,followed by Taiyin Syndrome 20.6%,Taiyang Shaoyin combined disease 14%,while Yangming Syndrome,Taiyin-Yangming syndrome and Jueyin Syndrome were relatively few.Most of the prescription of Shaoyin syndrome in 36 patients is pogejiuxin Decotion,followed by Tongmai Sini Decoction,Sini Decoction,Wenshibentun Decotion,Wen Wen's bentun with Pogejiuxin Decoction and Yinhuo Decotion.Among the 22 cases of Taiyin Syndrome,the most selected prescription was Lizhong Decoction.The most selected prescription Taiyang with Shaoyin Syndrome was Tongmai Sini and Biantongxiaoqinglong Decoction.And other Syndrome was Chaihu Decotion.There was statistical significance difference the syndromes of pneumonia group mental state,abdominal pain situation(P< 0.05);The rest of project such as cough and expectoration,fever,sweating,dizziness,headache,sore throat,itching,nasal congestion,runny nose,difference of breathing,chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,insomnia,dry mouth,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,belching,acid regurgitation,anorexia the body,neck and shoulder ache,waist ache,heaviness,aching limbs,swollen limbs,numbness of limbs,two aspects of symptom and body has no statistical significance(P>0.05);tongue showed no significant difference(P> 0.05);The left and right sunken pulse,rapid pulse of left and right,left and right floating and soft pulse had significant difference(P<0.05).No statistical significance in different syndromes of pneumonia group before and after treatment of TCM symptoms total score difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);each group total score difference was statistically significant before and after treatment group(P<0.05);The total score of the syndromes of 107 patients with pneumonia was statistically significant before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine by syndrome differentiation(P<0.01)107 cases of pneumonia,35 cases were cured,52 were effective,19 were effective,1 cases were invalid.the total effective rate was 99.1%,and the ineffective rate was 0.9%.Conclusion 1.Summary of Li Ke's academic ideology Li Ke had a lifetime of frustrations,coincidence into the door of aconite,asarum,Tianxiong,Atractylodes,Amomum villosum,Poria cocos,pinellia tuber,suncured as the main traditional Chinese medicine.The application of Li Lao's academic ideology in the treatment of
