The Clinical Study Of Eight Wind And Eight Evil Hysteretic Acupuncture Treatment On Motor Dysfunction Ofstroke Palsy Period

ObjectiveTo observe whether "eight wind" and "occult" hysteretic acupuncture can improve the motor dysfunction of stroke,and improve the quality of life of patients with motor dysfunction of stroke.This research adopts randomized controlled method,divided into sluggish needle group compared with acupuncture group,compare the two if there is a significant difference,hope for patients with stroke palsy movement dysfunction to open a new way of rehabilitation.MethodsFrom January 2017 to January 2018,60 patients were selected from the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of the second Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by a simple and random distribution method.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture of eight wind and eight evil,the treatment group was treated with stagnation acupuncture of eight wind and eight evil,each group had 30 patients.The basic treatment of both groups included routine medical treatment.Routine acupuncture and rehabilitation training treatment for stroke palsy.The two groups were treated once a day,every 14 days as a course of treatment,after each course of treatment,Before and after two courses of treatment,the patients' muscle strength,muscle tension Brunnstorm grade Fugl-Meyer and ADL were evaluated.In addition,the duration of stroke paralysis period,statistics of the results of the above indicators,and the use of SPSS22.0 statistical software on the computer for analysis and processing.Results(1)There was no significant difference in sex,age,duration,diseaseand disease level among the eight cases of eight pathogenic factors and eight pathogenic factors,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the value of the comparative study was compared between the two groups.(2)In the two groups before treatment of muscle strength,muscle tone,Fugl-Meyer score,body mass index scores for the statistical t test validation,no relevant statistical difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),it has the value of contrast.(3)Eight eight wind evil routine to eight to eight wind evil sluggish needle group in patients with stroke palsy period of muscle strength and muscle tone,movement function and ADL in statistics show all have improved,and the treatment group in flaccid paralysis period duration of the above-mentioned indicators more advantages compared with the control group,and the statistical test,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Eight eight wind evil routine to eight to eight wind evil sluggish needle group in patients with stroke palsy period of muscle strength and muscle tone,movement function and ADL in statistics show all have improved,and the treatment group in flaccid paralysis period duration of the above-mentioned indicators more advantages compared with the control group,and the statistical test,difference has statistical significance(P< 0.05).(2)The comparison of the duration of post-stroke soft paralysis in patients with octaval oculi and octave was found to be more advantageous in shortening the duration of soft paralysis.
