| ObjectiveIn this study,a study was conducted to investigate the clinical of patients abdominal obesity with randomized controlled clinical.To investigate the Canggui exploring with blade needle,those patients who with this disease were treated with same acupoint but different methods :which the blade needle(treatment group)and the common electropunture(Control group).The effects of Canggui exploring with blade needle and common electropunture on the treatment of abdominal obesity patients were compared and discussed on this paper.For provides a valueable research basis for the treatment of abdominal obesity.MethodsDuring March 2017 until March 2018 the selection of patients who is volunteers to be observed and the requirements the suit viewing conditions From the clinic of the First Affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According patients contained age,requirements included in the study were collected from 66 cases.Among the volunteers who came to receive treatment,the subjects were selected and excluded from the subjects of the study,and there were 66 patients.But until the final number is sixty-four cases,the treatment group and control group to reduce loss in 1 case(treatment group 1 case of pregnant women,control group 1 patients discontinue treatment)women age from 20 to 55 years old,14 cases of men,women had 50 cases.Patients who requirements the suit viewing conditions will be standard of subjects randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,each group 33 cases,treatment for two months.General information were recorded before treatment.And compared group on group of patients,according as age,gender,basic disease,and various observation indicators needed for the experiment.After SPSS 20 analys is(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.,the treatment group was treated by the Canggui exploring therapy with blade needle and the control group was treated by ordinary electropuncture,the meridians of both groups were umbilical bilateral Shui Fen,bilateral Yin jiao,bilateral Tian Shu,bilateral Ashi point(near by Bilateral venation Midaxillary line).Before starting treatment,measure and record the patient's height,gender,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference at first treatment,body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)in every time before and after treatment,and record the patient's waist,hip circumference.In the final time data to calculate body mass index(BMI)of treatment Waist-to-hip ratio(WHR).SPSS.20.0 was used to analyse those statistical of clinical study.Analyze the general information adopted with Chi-square test.To Make a hypothetical inference analysis between both groups and each group before and after the course of treatment with Independent-samples T test or Paired Samples Test?To Analyse curative rank data with Relative to an identified distribution unit.Results(1)All treatment and therapeutic effects were evaluated for 64 patients.The results of the treatment group were 5 cases(15.7%),15 cases(46.9%),10 cases(31.3%),and 2 cases(6.3%)ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.8%.The control group was.A total of 0 cases were cured(12.5%),19 cases(59.4%)were effective,9 cases(28.1%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 72%.Both are analyzed relative to a determined allocation unit.The two groups were compared with(P<0.05).Showing compare with effectiveness as the Canggui exploring with blade needle is better than the ordinary electro puncture on abdominal obesity.(2)The body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio were different between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the ordinary electroacupuncture on the treatment of abdominal obesity were shown.(3)There was no significant difference in weight,waist circumference and hip circumference between after the treatment group and the control group.It shows the method of Canggui exploring with blade needle on abdominal obesity treatment on body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,the therapeutic effect is similar.ConclusionThe treatment of abdominal obesity research proved that the Canggui exploring with blade needle therapy and electroacupuncture therapy efficacy in the exact,can effectively reduce the weight and value of theabdominal obesity patient's waist body mass index and waist-hip ratio.Especially the Canggui exploring with blade needle therapy for treatment of abdominal obesity in the more convenient and speediness and significant effect,safe and reliable,is a therapy method worthy to further promotion.. |
