Purpose:This study are to investigate the clinical data of patients w ith coronary artery disease through the analysis, grasp the law of TCM syndrome characteristics of coronary artery disease, using metabonomi cs technology to detect potential biomarkers in TCM syndrome, metaboli c pathway analysis of potential biomarkers to explore syndrome,fu evi l,the relationship between the potential biomarkers, provide a referen ce for the prevention and treatment in patients with coronary heart d isease(CHD).Methods:1.Epidemiological investigation in patients with coronary heart dise ase angina:using epidemiological investigation in the prospective stu dy,take direct observation method,to collect four diagnostic informa tion,in patients with coronary heart disease angina syndrome question naire filled out,set up the database, using the method of descriptive statistics on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris sy ndromes distribution rule;2.Urine and serum in patients with coronary heart disease angina of metabonomics research:collect syndrome spectrum ranked in the top of the patient's urine and serum, the use of metabonomics liquid chromato graphy-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)technology to collect data, throu gh the principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal signal corre ction partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)data anal ysis, research between different TCM syndrome of urine and serum metab olites spectral differences. Results:Through the epidemiological investigation and metabonomics te chnology combination, deficiency of qi deficiency and blood stasis phl egm turbidity syndrome of blood stasis syndrome is the main syndrome type of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. To deficiency of qi de ficiency and blood stasis phlegm turbidity syndrome of blood stasis syndrome in patients with urine and serum metabolomics,Aspartyl-Methi onine detected and 3-Sulfinylpyruvic acid may be potential tumor-spec ific markers of qi deficiency blood stasis type;hippuric acid?gluco samine, fructosamine?triglyceride may be potential tumor-specific mar kers of phlegm turbidity syndrome type. |
