| Purpose: To this study by observing the kidney decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc disease(liver and kidney deficiency type)in patients with curative effect,applying scientific statistics,evaluate its safety and effectiveness,and to provide basis for clinical medication.Method: Selection in February 2017-November 2017 in jilin province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient treatment of patients with lumbar disc prolapse,72,in line with the included in the group,when grouped by random grouping contrast method,the treatment group of 36 patients with oral from kidney decoction,the control group 36 patients with oral neck bones waist capsules.Other drugs are prohibited during the experiment.Results using"low back pain score standard" JOA score and therapeutic effect evaluation standard of modified MacNab observation,contrast before and after treatment for 10 days,20 days after the treatment of patients with low back pain score standard "JOA score and eventually to improve curative effect,through the statistical analysis,determine the safety and effectiveness.Result: Sixty-eight cases were completed.After treatment,both groups were able to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the patient's life treatment through statistical operation.After the completion of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was70.59% and 76.47% respectively.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Through research and observation,the self-designed tonic soup has the effect of invigorating the kidney and invigorating the kidney,activating blood and relieving pain.After statistical analysis,The clinical observation on the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is effective and worth promoting.It is confirmed that the application of kidney soup to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the clinical curative effect is certain,it is worth promoting. |
