| Purpose: objective: the main purpose of this topic is to study the clinical efficacy of oral medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation in the meridian and unobstructed movement of qi and blood.To make it widely used in the field of gynecology,for women all over the world to make their due contribution to the quality of life.Method: 72 cases syndrome of conggealing cold and blood stasis dysmenorrhea,36 cases of control group and 36 cases of treatment group were selected.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese patent medicine Gongyueshu capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was treated by oral administration of Gong Yueshu capsule,a traditional Chinese patent medicine.The changes of symptoms before and after treatment group and control group were observed and compared to evaluate.Result: in the treatment group,36 cases were cured,4 cases were cured,the cure rate was 11.11%,the effective rate was 12,the effective rate was 33.33%,the effective rate was 16,the effective rate was 41.44%,the ineffective 4 cases,the inefficiency 11.11%,the total effective rate 88.89%.In 36 cases of control group,2 cases were cured,the cure rate reached5.56%,4 cases were effective,the efficiency was 11.11%,24 cases were valid,effective rate was 66.67%,6 cases were ineffective,the efficiency was 16.67%,and the total efficiency was83.33%.The results of the two groups were statistically compared,with significant difference(p<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group.Conclusion: both the treatment group and the control group can obtain better curative effect in clinic,but the curative effect is more obvious in treating dysmenorrhea of conggealing cold and blood stasis syndrome with traditional Chinese patent medicine Gongyueshu capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine. |
