Objective: to explore the risk factors of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: 196 patients with diabetes were selected from the department of endocrinology outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine from January 2017 to January 2018.The detection of 13 C expiratory test was divided into DGP group(98 cases)and non-dgp group(98 cases),and the risk factors and physical distribution characteristics of diabetic gastroparesis occurred in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Collect patients general information including age, sex, nature of work and lifestyle(tobacco and alcohol addiction, regular exercise, etc.),duration, hypoglycemic way, family history, with basic diseases(hypertension, hyperlipidemia, other, etc.),tongue veins, clinical symptoms, etc;Physical examination was performed for all patients: height, weight, body mass index(BMI),waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),and four vital signs; The blood glucose level(HbA1c),fasting and 2h blood glucose were extracted. In the end,the author answers the questions in the questionnaire survey of TCM constitution.Using SPSS 19.0 software, the measurement data was described by(x(-)+ + s),and the counting data was described by the number of cases and percentages, among which the comparison of counting data was conducted by X2 test.T test was adopted between the two groups. The risk factors were multivariate multivariate logistic regression analysis.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:(1)comparison of demographic characteristics of the two groups: 98 cases of DGP group,38 males and 60 females, aged between 27 and 69,with an average age(53.43 + 7.84);There were 98 cases of non-dgp group,52 males and46 females, aged between 23 and 69 years old, with an average age of 50.81 + 8.56.(2)risk factors: the two groups compared with the DGP group,DGP group of gender,age(50)or higher, with basic diseases(hypertension, hyperlipidemia, urinary tract infections, etc.),smoking, exercise regularly, diabetes family history,HbA1c(> 7.5%),BMI(25 kg/cm squared or higher)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHRacuity 0.90 male, the female WHR 0.85 or higher)were statistically significant(P< 0.05).The disease duration was longer than that of the non-dgp group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P BBB 0 0.05).In people with the DGP,overweight or obese, abdominal obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, urinary tract infections detection rate were higher than in non diabetic gastroparesis group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and at the same time suffering from hypertension and hyperlipidemia was 19.37%(18 cases). The results showed that gender,waist-to-hip ratio, smoking, regular exercise, course of disease and HbA1 c were the risk factors for DGP.Two groups nine Yin deficiency constitution in TCM constitution occupies a larger ratio, second DGP group for the deficiency of qualitative,Yang,qi depression quality decreasing,qi deficiency group of DGP mass, damp and hot,Yang deficiency quality decline in turn.In patients with diabetes, there is a large proportion of non-dgp.Conclusion: Diabetic gastroparesis is affected by a variety of factors, and it is worth noting that the primary precondition is to control the primary diabetes mellitus.
