| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic gastroparesis。Methods : Clinical research : 60 patients with diabetic grastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in experimental group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine;30 patients in control group were treated by single western medicine,with a treatment course of eight weeks for both groups.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 1 treatment course.Animal Experiment:building animal models of diabetic gastro paresis,to abserve difference of nNOS,5-HT4R between the Normal group and treated group.Results:Clinical research:There was a significant difference in improvement of symptoms,and in the aspect of nausea anorexia eructation and epigastric upset.Animal Experiment: There was a significant difference in the contents of nNOS,5-HT4R of diabetic gastroparesis rats.Conclusion:Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating diabetic gastroparesis.
