Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Prediabetes Based On Community Acupuncture Massage

Objective: This subject is to observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture massage intervention in people with pre-diabetes,evaluate its safety and provide clinical basis for acupuncture massage therapy pre-diabetes.Methods: Collected in accordance with spleen congestion syndrome of 60 patients with pre-diabetes,were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture massage therapy group),30 cases in control group(lifestyle treatment group),30 cases in control group to give simple lifestyle management,such as health education,eating a balanced diet,moderate exercise reasonable;The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of lifestyle treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Detailed records of two groups of patients before and after the treatment on an empty stomach condition of height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,according to the formula to calculate body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),before and after treatment were detected in the two groups patients fasting plasma glucose(FPG),blood sugar 2 hours after meal(2hPG),fasting serum insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA IR)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).The symptom score changes before and after treatment of the two groups were recorded,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared with that of the safety indicators.Results:1.Compared with the treatment before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group decreased,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The comparison of TCM symptom score(P<0.05)between the treatment group and the life style treatment group after treatment was significantly different.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups had better effects in improving symptoms.Among them,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and no significant difference was found in other aspects(P>0.05).2.Compared with before treatment,the blood glucose related indexes of FPG,2hPG,FINS,homa-ir and HbA1 c in the two groups of patients were all decreased(P<0.01),with significant differences.After treatment,the two groups were compared with FPG,2hPG,FINS,homa-ir and HbA1c(P<0.01),with significant differences.3.Compared with the treatment before treatment,the comparison between the two groups of blood lipid related indicators,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C(P<0.01)was significantlydifferent.The comparison of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05)showed significant differences.4.Compared with before treatment,the BMI and WHR comparison of the two groups after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05)showed significant difference.The BMI and WHR comparison of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)were significantly different.5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the statistical analysis showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture massage therapy spleen congestion syndrome with pre-diabetes,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,improve glucolipid metabolism with pre-diabetes,and use convenient,economic,security is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
