Clinical Research Of Changyuan Dingxuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Vestibular Migraine (Phlegm And Blood Blocking Orifices Type)

Objective: This thesis is based on vertigo primary symptom of patients with Vestibular Migraine(phlegm and blood blocking orifices type)for clinical research object,observe the clinical effect of Changyuan Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of Vestibular Migraine(phlegm and blood blocking orifices type).Method: According to the inclusion criteria,72 patients with vestibular migraine(phlegm stasis and obstruction)were selected,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was routinely taken orally by the calamus.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules(cibiling)5mg,and oral administration;The course of treatment was 4 weeks.To compare the treatment group and control group before and after treatment in patients with vertigo(phlegm and blood stasis resistance/certificate)of TCM syndrome integral,vertigo disorder scale(DHI),TCM syndrome integral,efficient,health questionnaire(SF-36)integral frequency,dizziness and vertigo seizures duration changes.The patients were followed up for 3 months with the frequency of dizziness and duration of onset.SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result: 1.To compare the treatment group and control group total effective rate of syndromes,TCM syndrome integral,dizziness,vertigo disorder scale integral attack frequency,duration and health scale,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);To compare the treatment group total effective rate of syndromes before and after treatment,TCM syndrome integral,dizziness,vertigo disorder scale integral attack frequency,duration,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05).2.There was a statistically significant difference between the number of vertigo episodes and the duration of vertigo in the two groups after the follow-up 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion: Research results show that the application of the cords Chang far set anti-dazzle soup in treatment of vestibular migraine effect for the opening(phlegm and blood stasis resistance,in improving the TCM syndrome integral,health scale scores and vertigo disorder scale scores.The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of thenumber of vertigo attacks and duration of vertigo.Clinical value is worthy of reference and application.
