The Practice Study Of Meaning Of Life Education For Breast Cancer Patients

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors among women in the-world,accounting for one-fourth of the total number of new cancers among women.With the continuous development of society,the incidence rate is rapidly rising.For patients,cancer is not only a physiological disease,but also causes a series of psychological,interpersonal relationship and other problems,which seriously affects the patient's level of meaning of life.In order to study the patient's meaning of life,this study conducted a survey of the level of meaning of life in female breast cancer patients at the Yunnan Z Hospital.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the questionnaires.At the same time,observation,interviews,and other methods were used to collect,collate,and analyze the data,which explains the breast cancer patients' meaning of life and analyzes the factors that influence the patient's level of meaning of life.The study found that breast cancer patients have lower level of meaning of life during the treatment,mainly manifested as low self-adaptability,low self-realization,and interpersonal communication difficulty.The significance level of life of breast cancer patients was affected by the patient's disease awareness,economic status,employment,education level,social support,personal personality traits.In order to improve the patient's level of meaning of life,education on the meaning of life for female breast cancer patients was provided in the Department of Breast Disease at Yunnan Z Hospital,which was guided by the theory of life significance.It was found that education in the meaning of life has improved the level of significance of the patient's life in multiple dimensions.However,some difficulties had also been found in providing meaning of life education for breast cancer patients.
