Analysis Of Meaning In Life And Influencing Factors In Patients With Breast Cancer After Operation

Objective:1.describes the status of life sense of patients after breast cancer surgery.2.to explore the factors affecting the level of sense of meaning of life af ter breast cancer surgery and put forward the corresponding measures.Method:To facilitate the extraction of 250 breast cancer postoperative patients who meet the inclusion criteria in 2 tertiary general hospitals.Using the questionn aire survey method,the life sense of patients with breast cancer after operation and its influencing factors were measured with the life sense scale,perceived social support scale(PSSS),medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ)and general information questionnaire respectively.The effective data collected are p rocessed and analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Which,by the mean and standard deviation(x±S)description of the measurement data;the propor tion or ratio of count data description;regression analysis of influencing factor s of postoperative breast cancer patients with multiple linear sense of meaning of life;using Pearson correlation analysis in patients with breast cancer after operation and understanding the meaning of life related to the degree of social support and coping style.Result:1.The score of life sense of patients with breast cancer was(68.31+9.38)scores.the score of life attitude dimension was(16.51+5.71),the score of self control dimension was(13.52+2.85),the score of interpersonal relationship di mension was(15.13+2.65),and the score of life goal dimension was(7.54+1.93);2.Tthe scores of perceived social support were(57.69+10.62)scores.famil y support dimension score is(20.15+4.12),friend support dimension score is(19.44+3.58),and other support dimensions score is(19.11+4.45);3.The score of coping style was(50.81+4.48).the highest score of coping dimension was(20.56+2.44),the lowest score of yield coping dimension was(12.57+1.72),and the score of avoidance coping dimension was(17.67+2.31);4.Single factor analysis of variance:there was a significant difference in t he sense of life of breast cancer patients in terms of age,education level,mar ital status,monthly income and payment mode(P<0.05).Correlation analysis:perceived social support family support dimension and the meaning of life and its dimensions were positively correlated(P<0.05),friend support dimension a nd the meaning of life and acceptance and adaptation,life attitude was positiv ely related to 2 dimensions(P<0.05)and other support dimensions and accepta nce and adaptation,self control was positively related to 2 dimensions(P<0.05);and acceptance related to positive coping with dimensions of coping styles in(P<0.05),avoidance dimension and attitude dimensions were negatively cor related(P<0.05);5.Multivariate linear regression analysis:the meaning of life scores as the dependent variable,to study the education level,monthly income and perceive d social support in family support and friend support scores,facing coping and avoidance coping scores as independent variables,multiple linear regression a nalysis,results in the final equation with 6 variables,respectively for education,family support,avoidance,monthly income,confrontation and friend support;Conclusion:1.The sense of life of breast cancer patients is at a moderate level.The four dimensions(acceptance and adaptation,life attitude,self-control,interperso nal relationship)score is moderate,and the score of one dimension(life goal)is low.2.Breast cancer patients in the sense of the meaning of life education,ag e,marital status,monthly income and payment methods are different;the bach elor and above degree,40~59 years of age,married / cohabiting,monthly inco me,health insurance fees / >3000 with strong sense of the meaning of life;3.There is a significant correlation between the sense of sense of life an d the understanding of social support and coping style in patients with breastcancer.The higher the score of perceived social support,the higher the sense of life meaning;the more the application of coping style is,the higher the se nse of life meaning;conversely,when avoiding coping styles are applied more,the level of life meaning is lower.
