Objectives:1.To study the antibiotic resistance of some acne patients in Suzhou area.2.Analysis of the status of treatment in 296 acne patients for providing individualized treatment and prevention.Method:1.225 cases of acne patients in Suzhou area were collected, isolating the lesional extrudates anaerobic cultured, then according Gram’s staining and VITEK2-compact automatic microbiological analysis system appraised of propionibacterium acne, according drug test to evaluated the antibiotic resistance situation.2.From November 2015 to February 2018,acne patients who were first admitted to our department of dermatology were selected for investigation. The subjects were classified according to the Pillsbury classification(schedule 1).Patients were then asked to fill out the Epidemiological questionnaire for Acne(schedule 2),which included basic personal information(such as age, sex, height, weight, occupation, marital status, education level, etc.);acne status(age at first onset);Distribution of acne lesions, types of lesions, extent of involvement, history of previous diseases, history of acne treatment(name of drug for external use, oral medication),the type of physical therapy, the duration of continuous treatment(< 1 week,1-2 weeks,3-4 weeks,1-3 weeks,April to June,7-12 months,> 1 year),the therapeutic effect(cure, significant improvement,no effect, family history of acne). Finally,a comparative analysis is carried outResult:1.After identification,164 case of acne patients lesional were isolated and cultured for Propionibacterium acnes, the positive rate was 72.89%.2.The positive rate of Propionibacterium acnes in skin lesions of moderate and severe acne patients was significantly higher than that in mild acne patients.3.Among 163 Propionibacterium acnes stains,100%,55.80%,42.30%,41.70%,39.90%,strains were resistant to metronidazole, clindamycin, clarithromycin, erythromycin, azithromycin,No strains were resistant to minocycline and doxycycline.4.Among 296 acne patients, most of them(91.89%)thought that acne was a disease requiring treatment.90.54% of the patients had intervened in the disease.During the course of drug treatment, there was unreasonable use of antibiotics.Local topical drug treatment is prone to side effects, irregular treatment cycle and other problems.Conclusion:1.There may be a correlation between the severity of acne and the colonization of Propionibacterium acnes.2.Propionibacterium acnes in the local area is sensitive to tetracycline antibiotics,is highly resistant to clindamycin and macrolide antibiotics, and is completely resistant to metronidazole. Therefore, when treating local acne patients, when the drug is selected to resist Propionibacterium acnes, the antibiotic resistant to Propionibacterium acnes should be avoided, and the antibiotic resistance to Propionibacterium acnes should be avoided.Use more sensitive tetracycline and doxycycline antibiotics to improve efficacy. |
