Objective:To investigate the expression of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)in breast cancer and its relationship with estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),Ki-67,and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(Her-2).Methods:The study included 78 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to Su Dayi First Hospital and Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital between January 2015 and January 2017.The patients were all women, age from 40 to 65,clinical stages from II to III A.Peripheral blood was taken from the patient's fingertips to determine the level of TAP.The pathological features(tumor diameter,ER status,PR status,Ki-67 expression,Her-2 status, lymph node metastasis)and TAP expression in different short-term efficacy were compared. Results:In 78 patients with breast cancer,38 cases had TAP abnormality/relatively smaller condensation products before chemotherapy and 23 cases had abnormality/relatively larger condensation products, and the abnormal rate of TAP was 78.21%.There were significant differences in the abnormal rate of TAP between patients with different diameters of tumors, status of ER,status of PR,status of HER-2,expression of Ki-67,triple negative breast cancer and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The areas of TAP condensation products in patients with CR and PR before chemotherapy were smaller than those in patients with SD and PD(P<0.05).After chemotherapy, the areas of TAP condensation products in patients with CR and PR were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the area of TAP condensation products in patients with PD was significantly increased after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression rate of TAP is high in breast cancer, and its expression is positively correlated with ER negative,PR negative,Ki-67 positive and Her-2 positive status. The detection of TAP value in neoadjuvant chemotherapy predicts the efficacy of the patient to some extent.
