Pay Model of RBRVS,Based on the consumption of medical resources and using relative value as a yardstick,the relative cost of medical resources consumption of each medical service project is measured,and the relative value of resources consumed by each medical service project is determined,and the remuneration charged by physicians and hospitals is determined.RBRVS was first proposed by William Hsiao of Harvard School of Public Health.It is a system that can reasonably measure the "value of doctors",take labor time,technical difficulty and risk coefficient as assessment factors,and distribute the expenses among doctors and hospitals.Some public hospitals in China have adopted this new compensation distribution system for doctors 'performance assessment to improve the enthusiasm,satisfaction,cohesion and centripetal force of doctors,thus improving the quality and efficiency of doctors' work.In order to improve the satisfaction and enthusiasm of doctors,XK public hospital has been exploring the reform of the performance evaluation of doctors 'remuneration.Recently,through the investigation and investigation of the performance evaluation mode of doctors in various hospitals,it is believed that the performance evaluation system based on RBRVS is suitable for the performance evaluation of doctors in the hospital.This article uses the literature research method and the case study method,combines the theory with the practice,through the participation and the analysis to XK public hospital doctor's performance appraisal whole process,finds the RBRVS performance appraisal new train of thought and the new method,continuously improves the doctor's performance appraisal management.Firstly,the paper introduces the methods of performance evaluation of the remuneration of physicians at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation of XK public hospital and the position of public hospital in the whole province.Third,the establishment and implementation of XK public hospital physician's performance evaluation program based on RBRVS,including target selection,research and analysis,point comparison,standard determination,clear program,program implementation,etc.Finally,through the research,the author analyzes the experience of the establishment and implementation of the RBRVS physician performance appraisal scheme,finds out the existing problems and shortcomings,analyzes the reasons and puts forward the solutions.RBRVS performance distribution scheme because of its recognition of the value of physicians,the domestic health and family planning industry generally recognized,some hospitals in the adoption of RBRVS performance distribution programme,the quality of services,pay,satisfaction of workers have been different.RBRVS as a method of performance distribution is more scientific and reasonable,but because the local policies and facilities are not uniform,it is not applicable to all hospitals.This paper will find out the problems and countermeasures in the framework of RBRVS performance distribution,data analysis,program design,performance measurement and performance improvement,and put forward new ideas to improve the service quality,work efficiency,salary,satisfaction and enthusiasm of medical personnel,which is of practical significance to medical institutions,medical personnel and patients.At the same time,the introduction of RBRVS to other medical institutions to provide reference.
