Clinical Case Report Of Periodontal Disease Repair

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of different methods for different types of periodontal disease and to provide a reference for the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods: Selected 10 patients with periodontal disease requiring repair and treatment in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2016,5 male and female,aged 42~73 years.Among them,4 patients were mild and moderate,and 6 were moderate to severe periodontitis.Periodontal repair treatment time 6 ~16 months,average treatment period 13 months.All cases included in the standard and according to the patients with periodontal different situation to choose the appropriate treatment,respectively periodontal basic treatment,flip flap surgery,autologous bone graft surgery,separated from the root,dental crowns extended surgery and combined orthodontic method such as comprehensive treatment.To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment,to meet the requirements of the patient and to develop a repair bill that is appropriate for the patient.Optional fixed,removable,covered,telescopic crown or attachment denture.2~6 months after the denture was repaired,according to the subjective feelings of the patients and combined with the clinical examination results as the evaluation criteria.Repair after treatment denture retention is good,chewing,comfortable,and through inspection abutment without pain or loose,gum tissue health,mucosal swelling or have no obvious ulcer,patients with and without subjective discomfort,assesses for satisfaction.Vice versa.Results: after 2~6 months of follow-up observation,10 cases of periodontal disease treated with different methods respectively to repair different level no obvious discomfort,retention of complete denture stability,no pain or loose tooth,powerful,chewing gums healthy,mucosal inflammation and ulceration.The patient was very satisfied Conclusion: different types of periodontal disease treatment and repair method choosing appropriate can protect abutment,prolong the life of remaining teeth,improve denture retention and support the role of,can obviously improve patients on appearance and mastication function and comfortable satisfaction.
