Objectives: To evaluate the status quo of emergency medical service quality and safety satisfaction in a hospital,and formulate improvement indicators and improvement measures.Methods: By using the method of questionnaire survey,a hospital after emergency treatment of Easy Access families of patients with 500 cases,satisfaction survey,the survey includes general data of patients,service attitude,medical quality,environment and other aspects of the emergency service of the hospital satisfaction.All data were collated and entered into Epidata3.1,and double entry method was adopted.All data were processed with SPSS 20 software.Satisfaction is expressedby satisfaction rate,and its formula is as follows:(satisfactory number + satisfied number)/number of respondents*100%.SPSS 20 is used to analyze and process the data.The measurement data were described by mean and standard deviation,and the enumeration data rate was described.The t test was used for comparison between groups,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results: With the higherrate is the waiting time to get the medicine(98.56%),imaging the waiting time(98.35%),the service attitude of pharmacy personnel(97.53%),the medicalpersonnel to respect patients(98.15%),to protect the privacy of patients(94.74%),the doctor explained to illness and treatment(97.53%).Test waiting time(94.24%)department,inspection service attitude(92.39%),drug charges(90.54%),inspection fees(88.07%),and take effect than(81.89%),(88.48%)identification service guidelines are main factors leading to lower satisfaction.Conclusion: The investigation showed that the overall satisfactiondegree of this hospital was relatively high.Recommend appropriate to increase the allocation of human resources,optimize emergency procedures,pay attentionto the humanistic spirit and the cultivation of communication skills,good communication with patients to explain the work,establish and improve the supervision mechanism,improvethe emergency environment,increase guidance logo or guidelines in order to improvevolunteers,patient satisfaction.
