Objective:To analyze the effects of various factors on the rehabilitation effect of 1 years after cochlear implantation in the deaf children of Guangxi National Project,in order to improve the rehabilitation effect after cochlear implantation of Guangxi National Project,to develop the rehabilitation support strategy for the National Project Office, and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the establishment of scientific correct rehabilitation concept for the parents of deaf children. Methods: To use auditory behavior grading standard(Categories of auditory performance,CAP)and speech-level classification criteria(speech intelligibility Rating,SIR)to assess the effect of auditory speech rehabilitation for 1 years after cochlear implantation for 101 cases of deaf children in the Guangxi cochlear rescue national project.Analysis CAP and SIR results, whether they are related to the child's character, sex, only child, family economic situation, age of implantation, guardian education, family main language environment,dual-mode listening, preoperative language training, the nature of language deafness, national, surgical ear malformation, white matterlesions, preoperative ear residual hearing and the rehabilitation time. Results: 1.Single factor analysis results suggested that: children's personality, family economic status, family language environment, preoperative ear residual hearing, the nature of language deafness and preoperative language training may be related to CAP score(P <0.15);Children's personality, inner ear malformation, family economic status, family main language environment,nationality,dual-mode listening, preoperative ear residual hearing, language deafness character and preoperative language training may be related to SIR score(P <0.15);2.The influence factors of P< 0.15 in single factor analysis are analyzed by multiple linear regression, the results showed: family economic situation(medium vs low p = 0.023,high vs low P = 0.045),preoperative ear residual hearing(P = 0.027)and preoperative language training(P = 0.021)had statistically significant differences to SIR score(P <0.05);national(P = 0.007),family main language environment(P = 0.007),ear hearing aid(P = 0.007),deaf nature(P = 0.002),and preoperative language training(P = 0.013)had statistically significant differences to SIR score(P <0.05).3.The CAP and SIR scores before the operation,in 1 months after operation,6 months after operation and 12 months after surgery were analyzed by single factor repeated measurement variance, and the results showed that CAP score had time effect(P<.001),which indicated that CAP score was higher with the extension of recovery time. The SIR score had a time effect(P <0.001),which suggested that the longer the recovery time the higher the SIR score. Conclusion: The hearing impaired children in the Guangxi cochlear implant rehabilitation and rescue country project:1.The longer the rehabilitation time and the preoperative language trainingis beneficial to deaf children after the operation of hearing speech ability recovery.2.Dual-mode listening, the Han nationality, the family language environment for Mandarin,post-lingual deafness in favor of deaf children after surgery speech ability rehabilitation; The family economic condition is good, the preoperative surgery ear has the residual hearing to be advantageous to the deaf child postoperative hearing ability rehabilitation.3.Personality,sex,implantation age, only child, white matter lesions, inner ear deformity, guardian education, rehabilitation mode of deaf children's hearing speech ability recovery has no significant impact.
