Clinical Observation On The Thirteen Ghost Points Addition And Subtraction Treatment With Baihe Dihuang Decoction To Treat Yin Deficiency With Internal Heat Of Lily Disease

Objective: In contrast to the clinical efficacy of the thirteen ghost points addition and subtraction treatment with Baihe Dihuang decoction and treated with conventional western medicine,try to expound the strengths of this treatment to the Yin deficiency with internal heat of Lily disease,and evaluate the clinical value,create a new way of thinking for acupuncture clinical treatment of the Lily disease.Methods: Follow the random control principle,60 patients were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 period in the traditional chinese hospital of Guilin acupuncture moxibustion department outpatient and inpatient that conform to the Yin deficiency with internal heat of Lily disease,the treatment group and control group were divided by the method to random number table,30 cases in each group.The treatment group used the thirteen ghost points addition and subtraction treatment with Baihe Dihuang decoction,acupuncture for every other day with decoction for one dose a day,a month for a course.The control group used the conventional western medicine(Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets),take one tablet 2 times a day,a month for a course.The evaluation of therapeutic effects of the two groups were after a month,the clinical curative effect of two groups before and after treatment were compared from the HAMD and TCM syndrome grade.Choose SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results: 1.The two groups of cases of sex,age have no significant difference(P>0.05),there is comparability.2.The two groups of samples were compared to the HAMD and TCM syndrome grade of the group before and after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment group cured 8 cases,10 cases had marked effect,9case effective and invalid in 3 cases;the control group cured 2 cases,7 cases had marked effect,13 cases effective and invalid in 8 cases.The total effective rate of treatment group were 90.0%,compared with 73.33% of the control group of efficient,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture with Traditional Chinese medicine,the cinical cure rate was compared with the control group,and can effectively reduce the patient HAMD score and TCM score,by analyzing the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the thirteen ghost points addition and subtraction treatment with Baihe Dihuang decoction is superior to the conventional western medicine for the Yin deficiency with internal heat of Lily disease,this treatment has clinical promotion value.
