Chemical Constituents And Hemostatic Activity Of Zhuang Medicine Antenoron Filiforme

Objective:To study the chemical constituents and hemostatic activity of Antenoron filiforme?Thunb.?Roberty.et Vautier,in order to provide effective scientific basis for further research and development and utilization of A.filiforme.Methods:The crude powder of A.filiforme was extracted by ethanol cold soaking to obtain total ethanol extract,and then extracted and separated by system solvent to obtain petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction,n-butanol fraction,and water fraction.The chemical constituents were separated and purified by silica gel,macroporous adsorption resin,MCI GEL CHP 20P,sephadex LH-20,preparative thin layer chromatography and recrystallization.The structure of the monomer compound was identified by physical and chemical test and spectral method(MS,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,DEPT,et al).The effects of glass slide method and capillary method on coagulation time of mice and the effect of tail breaking method on bleeding time of mice were studied.the hemostatic effect of the extract was observed and the effective parts of hemostasis were screened out.Results:Thirty-one compounds were isolated from A.filiforme,28 of them were identified as tritriacontane?1?,h eptadecanoic acid?2?,1-Triacontanol?3?,2-methyl-anthraquinone?4?,beta-sitosterol?5?,1-2-benaenediol?6?,Stigmasterol?7?,epifriedelanol?8?,lupeolacetate?9?,emodin?1 0?,physcion?11?,3?-angeloyloxy-7-epifutronolide?12?,ursolic acid?1 3?,ellagic acid?1 5?,caffeic acid?1 6?,protocatechuic acid?1 7?,vanillic acid?1 8?,?-daucosterol?19?,gallic acid?20?,3-O-methylquercein?21?,quercetin?22?,succinic acid?23?,epicatechin?24?,apigenin?26?,kaempferol?27?,rutin?28?,rhamnose?30?,nobiletin?31?.In order to study the effects of extracts from different parts of A.filiforme on bleeding time and coagulation time of mice,the ethanol extracts and different polar fractions of A.filiforme had coagulation effect,among which ethyl acetate fraction had the most obvious coagulation effect.Conclusions:Flavonoids,phenolic acids,anthraquinones and terpenoids are the main constituents of A.filiforme.Compound 1,2,4,8?11,1 3,1 5?1 8,2 2?2 4,2 6?2 8,3 0,3 1 a r e i s o l a t e d f r o m A.filiforme for t h e f i r s t t i m e.A.filiforme extract has hemostatic effect,and its main active part is ethyl acetate part.
