Studies On The Constituents And Anti-inflammatory Of Zhuang Medicine Antenoron Filiforme

Objective: Study on the chemical constituents and anti-inflammatory of Antenoro filiforme(Thunb)Rob.et Vaut.to provide scientific base for the chemical basis study and development and utilization of A.filiforme.Methods: Alcoholic extract obtained from the dried herb of A.filiforme by diacolationing was divided into four portions with the solvent of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol and water.Each portion was seperated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization.The monomeric compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT,et al).LD50 method was used to test the acute toxicity of different parts from A.filiforme extracts,and studied on their anti-inflammatory activity through three models in mice,including ear swelling,granuloma and peritoneal capillary permeability.Results: Twenty-eight compounds were isolated from A.filiforme,t wenty-two of them were identified as:2-pentadecanone(1),friedelin(2),1-tri acontanol(3),n-octacosanoic acid(4),beta-sitosterol(5),stigmasterol(6),pyrocat echol(7),docosanoic acid(8),4-methoxycinnamic acid(11),3?-angeloyloxy-7-epifutronolide(13),6-hydroxycaproic acid(14),limocitrin(15),cis-13-docoseno ic acid(17),3,3'-O-methylellagic acid(18),?-daucosterol(19),gallic acid(20),3-O-methylquercein(22),4'-methyl gossypetin(23),eriodictyol(24),ethyl galla te(25),methyl gallate(26),kaempferol 3-O-glucorhamnoside(28).The LD50 o f mice respectively were 58.254g/kg(total extracts),1181.0g/kg(petroleum ether part),645.654g/kg(ethyl acetate part),591.562g/kg(n-butyl alcohol par t).All the parts of A.filiforme extracts obviously inhibited peritoneal telangiectasia in mice.The total extracts and petroleum ether part could ob viously inhibit ear swelling and granuloma in mice.Ethyl acetate and nbutyl alcohol parts had no effect on mice's ear swelling,but significantl y inhibited granuloma in mice.Conclusions: Compounds 1~4,7,8,11,13~15,17,18,20,22~26,28 are isolated from the plant for the first time,among them 1~4,7,8,11,13~15,17,18 and 22~26,28 are isolated from the genus for the first time.Every part of A.filiforme extracts have a certain toxicity,and to tal extracts and petroleum ether part have a good influence on the acute a nd chronic inflammation in mice,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol parts e ffected the chronic inflammation in mice better.
