| Objective:(Chirita linearifolia W.T.Wang)is(Gesneriaceae)(Ch irita)plants,there is no literature reported its chemical research.Based on the study of the(Chirita linearifolia W.T.Wang),the study on the c hemical composition of ethyl acetate and positronic acid was further stu died and provided a scientific basis for the research and development o f the pharmacophore.Methods:picking fresh(Chirita linearifolia W.T.Wang)medicine,under the condition of 25 degrees Celsius to dry and crush,medicinal herbs meal,three times in turn with 85%ethanol reflux extraction,50%ethanol reflux extraction,three times the total extract,total extract i n turn with petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol solutio n General reagent method,petroleum ether,chloroform part respectively,ethyl acetate and water area,using silica gel column chromatography,macroporous resin chromatography,polyamide chromatography and Anti-phase ODS column chromatography,MCI column chromatography,Seph adex LH-20 column chromatography methods,such as column chromato graphy and recrystallization method to its isolation and purification of e thyl acetate and n-butanol part.The structural characterization of mono mer compounds was characterized by physical and chemical examination,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT and other spectral methods.Results:23 monomer compounds were isolated from(Chirita linea rifolia W.T.Wang)and the structure of 18 compounds was classified.5,7,3’4’-2 hydroxy-6-c-β-D-glucose dihydroflavonone(1)1-hydroxy-2-hyd roxymethylanthraquinone(2)、R)-7-hydroxy-α-dunnione(3)、(3R)-7-Methoxy-R-dunnione(4)2-ethylanthraquinone(5)、1-hydroxy-6 methyl anthraquinone glycosides(6),、(plantamajoside)(7)、carrot glycosides(8)、a-spinach sterol-β-D-pyran glycosidase(9)、stigmasterol(10)、and c aprolactam(11)、1-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl anthraquinone(12)1-hydro xy-2-methylanthraquinone(13)、undecanoic acid(14)、Palmitoleic a cid(15)triacontanoic acid(16)、Octatriacontane(17)、2-[10(Z)-hepta decenyl]-1,4-hydroquinone(18),the identification was isolated from(Chir italinearifolia W.T.W ang)got compounds mainly for the anthraquinones(2)and(4)(5)(6)(12)(13)nonsteroidal(7)(9)(10),phenylethyl al cohol glycosides(7)and unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acid s(14)(15)(16)and(17)alkane compounds.Conclusion:These compounds(2)(3)(5)(8)(13)for the petroleu m ether part has been compounds,(1)(2)(4)(6)(7)(9)(10)(11)(12)(14)(15)(16)(17)(18)compounds were isolated from this plant f or the first time.The(18)compounds may be new compounds that nee d further determination of the length of the carbon chain.. |
