Objective:To investigate the risk factors of white matter lesions in the elderly,and to analyze the relationship between fibrinogen,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and white matter lesions.Methods:The clinical data of 291 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2015 to June 2016 were collected.Clinical data,blood-related tests,and data were collected from all enrolled patients.Magnetic resonance brain imaging examination.The periventricular and deep white matter lesions of the patient's cranial magnetic resonance imaging were evaluated using the Fazekas scale.Baseline data analysis was performed on the patients with no white matter lesions and white matter lesions,including 4 qualitative data,8 chi-square tests,8 quantitative data,and 2 independent sample t-tests;combined with previous literature studies and In the study,logistic regression was used to further analyze the relationship between white matter lesions and statistically significant influencing factors in the above studies for statistically significant risk factors;all enrolled patients were divided into no brain white matter lesions and mild white matter In the diseased group and moderate to severe white matter,the correlation between the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and fibrinogen was compared between the subgroups;the above data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:A total of 291 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were enrolled.According to Fazekas,the severity of white matter was divided into 75 cases(25.77%)with no white matter lesions,98 cases(33.68%)with mild white matter lesions,and 118 cases(40.55%)with moderate to severe white matter lesions.1.Baseline indicators of the enrolled group in both the non-white matter lesions group and the white matter lesion group were analyzed and found that there was no significant difference in gender,hyperlipidemia,uric acid,body mass index,and alkaline phosphatase between the two groups(P>0.05),while the two groups were age(t=-6.361,P=0.000),hypertension(x2=4.910,P=0.021),diabetes(x2=8.210,P=0.004),homocysteine(t=-5.798,P=0.035),creatinine(t=-2.619,P=0.009),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(t=-1.994,P=0.048),fibrinogen(t=-2.872,P= 0.005)There are statistically significant differences in the indicators.2.Logistic regression analysis showed age(OR=1.063,95%CI 1.034-1.094)and hypertension(OR=2.263,95%CI)with or without leukoencephalopathy as the dependent variable and risk factors as independent variables.(1.064-4.814)High homocysteine(OR=1.161,95%CI 1.058-1.274)was an independent risk factor for the severity of white matter lesions(P<0.05).3.According to the severity of white matter lesions,the fibrinogen(t = 4.583,P = 0.011)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(t = 9.418,P = 0.000)were compared to determine the severity of white matter lesions.related.4.According to the location of white matter lesions,the white matter lesions and deep white matter lesions were found to be periventricular leukoencephalopathy.The fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were analyzed and compared.Risk factors for paraneoplastic white matter lesions.Conclusion:1.Age,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,homocysteine,creatinine,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,fibrinogen and white matter lesions.2.Age,hypertension,and homocysteine are independent risk factors for white matter lesions.3.Fibrinogen levels,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and white matter lesions and their severity,but not their independent risk factors.4.Fibrinogen levels and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are risk factors for white matter lesions around the ventricle.
