Objective:This study analyzed the expression of Ki-67 and isocitrate dehydrogenase-1(IDH-1)in patients with gliomas of different pathological grades and whether they are related to the formation of tumors.Its molecular biological behavior in tumors,which is conducive to clinicians choose the treatment of patients with glioma and prognosis.Methods: The expression of Ki-67 and IDH-1 in 110 glioma patients and 8 normal brain tissues(non-functional regional brain tissue removed from patients with traumatic brain hemorrhage)was detected by immunohistochemistry(SP method)Relevance,the experimental data obtained using SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.8 cases of traumatic brain injury due to bleeding resection of non-functional regional normal brain tissue,the expression of Ki-67 and IDH-1 were not found.In the selected 110 patients with different pathological grades of glioma patients,the positive expression rate of Ki-67 in the ? level,? level,? level and ? level were 0,60%,88.89%,100%,The degree of expression showed an increasing trend with the increase of tumor pathology grade,there is significant difference of the expression statistical significance(P=0.000,r=0.691);the positive rate of IDH-1 expression in ? level and ? level,? level and ? level expression rates were 0,56.67%,44.44%,22.41%,by statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004),and the expression of IDH-1was negatively correlated with the rate of pathological grade(r=-0.245.P=0.004).2.For the selected 110 patients with different pathological grades of glioma patients,the expression rate of Ki-67(P=0.347)in different gender,different age(P=0.230)has no significant difference.The expression of IDH-1 in different sex was no statistically significant(P=0.913),While the expression rate of IDH-1 in different ages,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).3.In the selected 110 patients with different pathological grades of glioma patients,and the expression level of IDH-1 and Ki-67 had no correlation(P=0.097).Conclusions1.The IDH-1 and Ki-67 in normal cerebral tissues is negative expressed;with glioma grade increasing,the expression intensity of Ki-67 showed a rising trend,While IDH-1 would not express in grade I gliomas and it may be associated with the good tumor prognosis,But the expression rate decreased in the level ?,? and ? level of brain glioma,which suggests that the two expression levels might be closely related with the degree of malignant tumor.2.IDH-1 and Ki-67 may have different mechanisms in the formation of cancer,therefore by testing the expression of Ki-67 and IDH-1,It helps doctors to know more about the biological behavior of glioma and provide a theoretical basis for the prognosis of patients.3.There is not statistically significant for Ki-67 in different gender and age of patients,while the expression of IDH-1 in different age with statistical significance.
