Objectives: To analyze the correlation between disease status, anxiety, depression and personality characteristics in Oral Lichen Planus(OLP)patients, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and prevention.Method: Eighty OLP patients, including 44 erosive oral lichen planus(E-OLP)patients and 36 non-erosive lichen planus(NE-OLP)patients,and 49 healthy controls were recruited at College of Stomatology Guangxi Medical Univwerisity from February 2017 to March 2018.Non-Erosive 36 cases were included, and 49 healthy volunteers were included as controls. The patient group and the control group both collected medical history and oral examination.Patient group records pain visual analog scale value(VAS)score and REU scoring system.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)were used to evaluate the mental health of patients with lichen planus, recording patient's disease state, apply SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze the data. Results: There was no difference in the age and gender of the subjects included in the study, and the scores of the REU and VAS of the E-OLP patients were higher than those of the NE-OLP group(P<0.01).The positive rate of depression in OLP patients(41%)was higher than the control group(20%).The positive rate of anxiety in E-OLP(39%)and the rate of depression(50%)were higher than those in the healthy control group(20%).By logistic regression analysis, the positive rate of depression in patients with OLP was positively correlated with E value and N value. The positive rate of anxiety in EOL P was positively correlated with N value. The positive rate of depression in OLP patients with a course of 1 year or more was higher than the control group. The positive rates of anxiety and depression in E-OLP patients with a course of 1 year or more were higher than the control group. The positive rate of subjective depression in patients with OLP was positively correlated with the course of disease(r=0.314,P=0.005).The ratio of biliary components in OLP group was the highest(23%),and the composition ratio in the control group was highest(20%).Conclusions: 1.The long course may be related to the positive rate of subjective depression in OLP patients, among which the E-OLP patients are more obvious, and the positive rate of subjective anxiety is also higher than that of the healthy control population. This may be due to pain and discomfort at the site of the lesion and a large area of lesions. In patients with a disease course longer than or equal to 1 year, psychological counseling or patient listening may be appropriate.2.The subjective depression positive in OLP patients is related to neuroticism and extraversion.E-OLP patients are subjectively anxious and have neuroticism, which can guide the patient's negative attitude toward disease or difficulty.
