Objective 1.Analyze the nutritional status of rectal cancer patients before radical anterior resection.2.To explore the relationship between common postoperative complications and preoperative nutritional status after radical anterior resection for rectal cancer.3.Analyze the correlation between the total incidence of common postoperative complications and preoperative nutritional indicators. It can provide references for the relationship between common postoperative complications and preoperative nutritional status of radical anterior resection for rectal cancer,so as to guide the implementation of a more reasonable clinical plan.Method Collected 313 clinical cases from January 2016 to September 2017 in the department of colorectal and anal surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University(Referred to as our department)and performed radical anterior resection of rectal cancer. We conducted a retrospective study. The preoperative nutrition status of the collected cases was evaluated using three commonly used clinical nutritional indicators(Nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS2002)?Albumin(ALB)?Body mass index(BMI)),and to analyze the relationship between the common ostoperative complications after the operation and the preoperative nutritional status. And Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the incidence of common postoperative complications and preoperative nutritional indicators.Result 1.NRS2002,ALB and BMI were used as evaluation criteria respectively. The rate of nutritional risk or malnutrition of radical anterior resection for rectal cancer was 38.02%,7.03% and 11.82%,and overweight or obesity were 34.19%.2.Common postoperative complications of radical anterior resection for rectal cancer: The difference was statistically significant incidence of anastomotic leakage and whether ALB<35g/L and BMI<18.5kg/m2(P<0.05);The difference was statistically significant incidence of pulmonary infection and whether ALB<35g/L and NRS2002?3(P<0.05);The difference was statistically significant incidence of wound healing disorders and whether BMI ?24kg/m2(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction and anastomotic bleeding was not significantly different from those evaluated above 3 evaluation indicators.(P>0.05).3.The relationship between the total incidence of common postoperative complications after radical anterior resection for rectal cancer and preoperative nutritional indicators,Single factor analysis suggests that: male, hemoglobin(HGB)(male <120g/L,female <110g/L),the total protein(TP)<60g/L,ALB<35g/L,BMI?24kg/m2,NRS2002?3 and the total incidence of common postoperative complications after radical anterior resection for rectal cancer was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple factor Logistic regression analysis suggested that,male,NRS2002?3,ALB<35g/L and BMI?24kg/m2 and the total incidence of common postoperative complications after radical anterior resection for rectal cancer was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age, eight change,TP,HGB,Prealbumin(PA),lymphocyte count(LYM)and BMI<18.5kg/m2(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.Nutritional abnormality is common in patients with rectal cancer before radical anterior resection for rectal cancer.2.malnutrition or nutritional risk is related to anastomotic leakage and pulmonary infection of radical anterior resection for rectal cancer.Overweight or obesity patients after radical anterior resection for rectal cancer are more likely to cause incision healing disorders.Postoperative ileus and anastomotic bleeding of radical anterior resection for rectal cancer were not correlated with abnormal nutritional status.3.NRS2002?3,ALB <35g / L,BMI?24kg /m2 and men are common risk factors for the total incidence of common postoperative complications after radical anterior resection for rectal cancer,The abnormality of TP?PA?HGB and LYM,age and weight loss are not the main risk factors.
