Background: Analysis of the clinical pathological feature and treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer, compared with the control group differences in breast cancer,to study the clinical pathological characteristics, molecular biological indicators and treatment of senile breast cancer prognosis and the influence factors, such as relationship.Materials and methods: Collect on August 1,2012 to December 31,2014 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university hospital surgery cases,682 cases of female breast cancer using SPSS 17.0 software, with P< 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Age group(60 years old)and control group(< 60 years old). The clinicopathological features, molecular biological indicators and treatment methods of the two groups were analyzed by chi-square test.Follow-up data analysis, two groups of disease-free survival and overall survival with Kaplan Meier method of single factor on the prognosis of elderly group survival analysis,P< 0.05 risk factors into Cox proportional modelline and factor analysis.Results:1.The tumor diameter of elderly breast cancer patients was smaller than that of the control group(P =0.039),and the positive rate of her-2 in the cancer tissues was low(P =0.035),and the expression rate of Ki-67 was low(P=0.014).2.The proportion of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the elderly breast cancer group was significantly lower than that in the control group(58.5% VS 91.3%;Radiation 13.6% VS 36.7%),the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.001;P< 0.001).3,disease-free survival and overall survival senile breast cancer group were slightly higher than the control group(disease-free survival rate was 88.26% VS 88.26%,the total survival rate was 96.92% VS 93.42%),but the differences between the two had no statistical significance(P = 0.221,P = 0.221).4,the single factor analysis, the elderly patients with DFS related factors as follows: its ehrs-2(P = 0.022),the ER(P = 0.008),molecular classification(P = 0.041),lymph node status and TNM stage(P = 0.003)(P = 0.001),and the relevant factors of elderly patients with the OS: TNM staging(P< 0.001),lymph node status(P = 0.037).In the multiariableanalysis,we found TNM staging is independent risk factors for the influence of elderly patients with DFS.Conclusion: The elderly breast cancer patients had a small tumor diameter, low her-2 positive rate and ki-67 low expression characteristics.Postoperative radiotherapy rate and chemotherapy rate were lower in elderly patients with breast cancer. There was no significant difference between the disease-freesurvival rate and the overall survival rate among the elderly patients and the younger control group.Single factor and multifactor analysis showed that TNM staging was a risk factor for DFS in elderly patients with breast cancer.
