Obj ective:Explore the influence of scenario interactive training on functional activities and cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment,and provide an objective basis for the application of Scenario interactive training in clinical practice.Method:This study selected 60 elderly patients who met the MCI diagnostic criteria in the Hospital Rehabilitation Department of Heilongjiang Province and the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 in each group.The control group only received general health education.In addition to general health education,the treatment group also received scenario interactive training.Survey the general condition of the patients before the intervention.After 3 months of intervention,observe the scores of the MMSE,FAQ,and WMS-RC before and after treatment.Result:1.MMSE score:After 3 months,the total score of MMSE in the treatment group was statistically different from that of the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(F = 60.968,p<0.01).Among them,directional force of MMSE was not statistically different and MMSE had statistical significance in attention,computational power,memory and immediate recall.The treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).2.WMS-RC score:After 3 months,the WMS-RC total score of the treatment group was statistically different from that of the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group F = 9.703,p = 0.003<0.01.Among them,WMS-RC had statistical significance in both understanding memory and picture memory and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.FAQ score:After 3 months,the totaJ FAQ score in the treatment group was statistically different from that in the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(F=250.005,P<0.01).Among them,self-shopping,the use of stoves,and the preparation of meals of FAQ were not statistically different.Other items of FAQ were statistically different from that of the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Scenario interactive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the cognitive function of elderly people with mild cognitive impairment and can be applied to the rehabilitation of MCI patients.2.Scenario interactive rehabilitation training can improve the patient's short-term memory.3.Scenario interactive rehabilitation training can significantly improve functional activities of elderly people with mild cognitive impairment.
