Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the improvement of cognitive function of Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI)patients and the changes of serum protein markers A?1-42?Tau and P-tau under the intervention mode of moxibustion combined with cognitive rehabilitation training which called " Sancai Yizhi moxibustion "(tonifying brain with Sancai acupoints by means of mild moxibustion)and " Simultaneous multitasking ",preliminary exploring its peripheral mechanism. Methods:A total of 96 patients with MCI were included in this study and randomly divided into moxibustion group, moxibustion plus training group and drug group.Moxibustion group's treatment plan is to do moxibustion in three acupoints(GV20,CV8,KI1)in every other day for 8 weeks; The moxibustion plus training group's treatment plan is to add cognitive rehabilitation training on the basis of the moxibustion group, and the treatment frequency is the same as that of the moxibustion group; In the drug group, the donepezil were taken orally for 5mg,qn for 8 weeks. The mini-mental Status Examinination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scale scores before and after treatment were used as efficacy evaluation indexes to observe the improvement of cognitive function of patients in three groups.Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)was used to detect the changes of serum protein marker levels of A?1-42,Tau and p-tau before and after treatment in three groups of patientsAll data were analyzed and processed by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:1.The three groups of subjects had the same baseline and were comparable(P>0.05).2.Comparison among groups:?Compared with the baseline period, the MMSE and MoCA scores of the three groups of MCI patients after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05)?Compared with the drug group, the MMSE scores of the moxibustion plus training group were statistically different(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in MMSE scores between moxibustion group and drug group, moxibustion group and moxibustion plus training group(P>0.05)?Compared with the moxibustion group, the MoCA scores of the moxibustion plus training group were statistically different(P<0.05).Compared with the drug group, the MoCA scores of the moxibustion plus training group were statistically different(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in MoCA scores between moxibustion group and drug group(P>0.05)?There were no statistically significant differences in the level of serum A?1-42?Tau and P-tau in three groups of MCI patients after treatment(P>0.05)3.Compare within groups?Compared with the MMSE and MoCA scores before treatment, those of MCI patients in the three groups were statistically different after treatment(P<0.05)?Compared with the level of serum A?1-42 before treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the moxibustion plus training group after treatment(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in the moxibustion group and the drug group after treatment(P>0.05).The changes of serum Tau and P-tau levels in three groups of MCI patients after treatment were statistically signi fi cant(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.After treatment, the comprehensive cognitive ability of MCI patients in moxibustion group, moxibustion plus training group and drug group were significantly improved. In terms of improving cognitive function, moxibustion plus training group is better than the single moxibustion group and the drug group2.Compared with before treatment, serum Tau and P-tau levels of MCI patients in moxibustion group, moxibustion plus training group and drug group increased, compared with moxibustion group and drug group, moxibustion plus training group can significantly reduce serum A?1-42 levels3.Improvement of cognitive function in MCI patients may be related to changes in levels of serum A?1-42?Tau and P-tau.
