The Severity Evaluation System For Severe Drug Eruption

Severe drug eruption are common serious adverse drug reaction in clinic,mainly including Stevens-Johnson syndrome(SJS),toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN)and drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome(DIHS)/drug eruption with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms(DRESS),which is characterized by rapid progression,extensive skin lesions and serious systemic symptom.It can also endanger the patient's life.Because the disease is critical and of a high mortality,the early diagnosis and assessment of the severity of the disease are particularly important.This article is mainly about the evaluation of the severe patients,SCORTEN,the other related prognostic factors of toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN),the evaluation of DRESS patients and drug eruption area and severity index(DASI).It focus on the analysis of evaluation of different types of severe drug eruption from various aspects.
