Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Heart And Kidney Disjoint Type With The Method Of Catgut Embedding

Objective: This paper through the comparison of the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion Yongquan acupoint therapy and oral therapy for Alprazolam Tablets heart kidney incoordination insomnia,clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion therapy of Yongquan heart kidney incoordination insomnia,provide the basis for the application of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion Yongquan treating heart and kidney type of insomnia.Methods: In Ruikang hospital acupuncture clinic,outpatient department of Neurology and the Guoyitang heart kidney disharmony type insomnia patients as observation cases.To collect 60 cases meet the inclusion criteria,using the method of randomized clinical trial,60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 30 cases of treatment group,30 cases in the control group,treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion Yongquan acupoint embedding therapy,1 weeks once a line.A course of two times,two courses of treatment;daily before going to bed at Yongquan for mild moxibustion,moxibustion about 20 minutes,14 days for a course,two courses of treatment;control group was treated with Alprazolam Tablets,0.4mg each time,1 times a day,before 1H orally,14 days for a course,two courses of treatment.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)(see Appendix)were observed during the same period,respectively,before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and aftertreatment one month follow-up evaluation of its curative effect.The difference between the two groups was compared with the statistical analysis of the SPSS software package.Results: The end of the two course of clinical observation showed that the treatment group of 30 cases,15 cases were cured,14 cases effective,1 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.7%;the control group of 30 cases,10 cases were cured,11 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 70%;there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05),the treatment group than the control group;the PSQI score after treatment showed that the PSQI score after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was higher than that of the control quality of sleep.The follow-up results showed that one month after completion of the treatment,the clinical curative effect,the treatment group of 30 cases,12 cases were cured,16 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3%;the control group of 30 cases,8 cases were cured,10 cases effective,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 60%,the difference between the two groups statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group curative effect was significantly better than the control group;and PSQI of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),acupoint catgut embedding combined with Moxibustion therapy of Yongquan heart kidney incoordination has unique curative effect for insomnia,the long-term curative effect,and has the advantages of curative effect obviously,simple and no side effects.Conclusions:(1)acupoint catgut embedding combined with moxibustion Yongquan acupoint has a unique curative effect in the treatment of insomnia of the heart and kidney,not only the short-term effect is remarkable,but thelong-term effect is affirmative.(2)acupoint catgut embedding and moxibustion at Yongquan point can play the role of traffic heart,kidney and water and fire,so as to fundamentally improve the symptoms of insomnia,prolong sleep time and improve sleep quality.(3)moxibustion therapy can effectively reduce the Yongquan patients with catgut embedding frequency,treatment time and save medical expenses,and Catgut Embedding Therapy wound pain,moxibustion therapy is simple to learn,greatly facilitate the fast pace of today’s social life of patients,is a method suitable for the promotion of effective treatment of heart kidney incoordination insomnia.(4)with catgut embedding therapy of moxibustion must Yongquan,and no general toxic effects of drugs,the treatment group no symptoms in the control group during the period of efficacy,few adverse reactions in patients with excessive daytime sleepiness and fatigue,moxibustion acupoint therapy is Yong Quan general western medicine in the treatment of heart kidney disharmony type of insomnia is safe and reliable with Catgut embedding.
