Objective: Correlation between touch cable acetic acid glacial ice Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was established by intragastric infusion of cold syndrome rat model with gastriculcer and the proper conditions,were screened out to make cold syndrome rat model with gastriculcer was the best method to create an animal model;observation of Alpinia galanga,galangal,Alpinia katsumadai Hayata,Galanga,educational five kinds of Alpinia genus in cold syndrome gastriculcer rats for signs,morphology of gastric mucosa,blood rheology changes,the effects of cyclicnucle otide levels and their genetic relationship and the effectiveness of the common pharmacological effect of induction,interpretation of "relationship-drug-efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the pharmacolo gical effects to the same phylogenetic relationship of traditional Chinese medicine effect common seeking scientific basis.Methods: Set five glacial acetic acid group,the concentrations were5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,respectively,plus 4 DEGC Zhimu Decocti on making cold syndrome rat model with gastric ulcer,gastric ulcers,the ulcer index,pathological changes,natural restoration and animal deat hs,to determine the best ice acetic acid gastric perfusion concentration.After the determination of the optimum model concentration,the blank group,the model group,the 2 positive control group and the 5 group,the high and low dose group,10 rats in each group were set up.Except the blank group,other groups using ultimately determine the concen tration of acetic acid and modeling and 4 DEG C Zhimu Decoction in of,after the successful modeling,blank group,the model group was or ally distilled water,two positive control group were given service Fuzili zhong pills and cimetidine and other groups were given the drug.After4 days of administration to observe the gastric ulcer cold syndrome rats behavior characterization of changes in food intake,weight,coat color,rectal temperature,stool,mental state);the naked eye observation of morphology of gastric mucosa,ulcer was measured length and width calculation of ulcer area and ulcer index;the blood rheometer was used to stress);enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for the determination of gastric tissue,plasma,platelets,vascular smooth muscle camp,cGMP content and calculation the ratio of cAMP / cGMP.Adopt effects: and compared with model group,drug group subjects,except the big galangal low dose,the puzzle of the low dose group and other experimental drug group rats Casson viscosity,the Casson yield stress decreased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05).(5)The gastric ulcer of cold syndrome in plasma viscosity and protein fiber raw effects: compared with the model group compared each rat plasma significance(P > 0.05);weeding,nutmeg,low dose,Alpinia galanga low dose,educational low dose group and other experimental drugsthe ratio of camp and c GMP increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05).(2)Plasma c AMP and c GMP contents: and compared with model group,subjects rats in drug group of plasma c AMP contents increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05);c GMP content was not significantly different,no statistical significance(P > 0.05);subjects drug group in the plasma of the rats in the ratio of camp and c GMP increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P <0.05).(3)Platelet c AMP,c GMP contents: compared with the model group compared except the puzzle in the low dose group,the subjects drug group rat platelet c AMP level increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05),the ratio of c AMP / c GMP increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05);c GMP content was not significantly different,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(4)Vascular smooth muscle camp and c GMP contents: and compared with model group,drug group rats vascular smooth muscle c AMP content was significantly higher(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05),the ratio of c AMP / c GMP increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05);c GMP content was not significantly different,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The optimal concentration of acetic acid gastric ulcer in rat model of replication with acetic acid was 15% with Rhizoma anemarrhenae.(2)Five kinds of Alpinia belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine can by improving gastric ulcer cold syndrome model rats behavior characterization,blood rheology study,gastric mucosal morphology and increased gastric tissue,plasma,platelets and vascular smooth muscle c AMP content and index,showing heat resistance,play of temperature Tongxu blood,warm stomach,dispersing cold effect,to achieve cold syndrome in the treatment of gastric ulcer.The research results show that the five kinds of Alpinia belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine have similar pharmacological effects,indicating the existence of genetic relationship of traditional Chinese medicine,between property effects and the pharmacological effects exist in close contact,the correlation between the interpretation of phylogenetic relationships among the same herbs its potency and effectiveness provides experimental basis.
