Clinical Observation And Safety Evaluation Of Pingyangmycin Combined With Urea In Treatment Of Cavernous Hemangioma

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of injection of pingyangmycin,urea and dexamethasone in the treatment of hemangioma.MethodsIn our hospital between September 2014 and September 2017 hospital of conforms to the diagnosis of 50 cases of pharyngeal hemangioma numbered in order of admission,all odd patients as experimental group(injection solution for urea,pingyangmycin and dexamethasone mixture),even patients as control group(injection of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone mixture of liquids),all patients were clinical electronic endoscopic evaluation,perfect preoperative related inspection after hospitalization,elective general anesthesia laryngoscope or mixture of tumors under nasal endoscopic injection,a not cured interval 20 days in the hospital injections again.After surgery,the patient's breathing and bleeding at the injection site should be paid attention to.The ecg should be monitored for no less than 24 hours.According to the size and scope of hemangioma,patients need to be hospitalized,3 to 7 days in the hospital 2 days during a review of the endoscope,observe the tumors had changed,and presence of ulcer and necrosis happened,stable condition after hospital discharge.After discharge,the function of endoscopy,chest X-ray and liver and kidney were reviewed in the outpatient department of our hospital every 2 months to observe the tumor changes and other relevant indicators.Relapse can be treated again.Overall follow-up ranged from 6 to 10 months.The results were recorded and the final therapeutic effect,injection times and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsAll of the patients improve relevant examination,eliminate taboo after surgery,endoscopic downward local tumors had general anesthesia in multi-point injection,injection can obviously observed when tumors had local white,swelling,1 month or so a review to the college for the first time under laryngoscope visible tumors had obvious changes.After 6 months of follow-up,25 patients in the experimental group received injections ranging from 1 to 4 times,with an average of 1.7 plus or minus 0.877 times,significantly lower than 2-5 times in the control group,with an average of 3.6 plus or minus 0.568 times.Experimental cure in 22 cases(88%),2(8%)cases had marked effect,1(4%)cases,0(0%)had no effect,and the control group in cure 18 cases(72%),5 cases were markedly improved(20%),1(4%)were effective and ineffective 1(4%)cases were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,1(4%)cases of fever in the experimental group were lower than 3(12%)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,3(12%)cases of local ulcer at the injection site were lower than 6(24%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionsThe effect of local injection of pingyangmycin,urea and dexamethasone was rapid and significant.The majority of patients recovered after the injection,and the adverse reactions were mild,the trauma was small,and the excessive medical treatment was avoided.It can be used as a first-line treatment for hemangioma of special site.
