Objective: By studying the mi RNA-146 a,the mi RNA-203 in different TCM syndrome types in patients with atopic dermatitis scurfy,differenc es in expression of different TCM syndrome types and atopic dermatitis pathogenesis,finding the specificity of micrornas associated with atopic dermatitis,hope as markers of atopic dermatitis disease diagnosis,mi RN As regulate atopic dermatitis in its mechanism,and the clinical diagnosi s,illness evaluation,treatment,evaluation of research to provide theoreti cal guidance and experimental basis.It provides basis for the objectificat ion of TCM clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods: Application of real-time fluorescent Quantitative QPCR metho d to detect different TCM syndrome types(damp and hot accumulate s kin group,wet aggregates pixu(spleen deficient),blood deficiency wind dry group)in patients with atopic dermatitis and normal control group scurfy micro RNA-146a?203,amount of gene expression,with internal U6 RNA substrates,the 2 ^-? ? relative Quantitative ct expression o fits quantity.Meanwhile,the levels of homocysteine in the serum of the patients with atopic dermatitis and normal control group were detected by different syndromes(moist heat accumulation group,spleen deficien cy wet group,blood deficiency wind group).Results: The levels of micro RNA-146 a and homocysteine were higher t han those in the spleen deficiency,the blood deficiency,and the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression level of micro RNA-203 in the blood deficiency wind grou p was higher than that in the spleen deficiency group,the moisture acc umulation group and the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Micro RNA-146 a has different expression with homocys teine,and its mechanism may be associated with homocysteine by activ ating the negative feedback loop mechanism of mir-146 a to reduce the related inflammatory response.(2)micro RNA203 at different stages of atopic dermatitis disease plays a maintain the role of the steady state,t he skin in atopic dermatitis incidence of the acute phase,coordinate ea ch other by micro RNA146 a and homocysteine giving play to the role o freducing inflammatory reaction and development to the chronic disease,inflammation has been obviously improved,micro RNA146 a expression is reduced,and micro RNA203 dominant role of promoting cutin cell pr oliferation and migration.(3)in the clinical syndrome differentiation an d treatment of atopic dermatitis can reference level in the process of M icro RNA-146a?203,preliminary judgment level of homocysteine in pati ents with type evidence,more intuitive understanding of TCM syndrom e types of patients,this may is helpful for the standardization of the C hinese medicine dialectical classification,and guide TCM clinical reason able medication,thus improve the cure rate of the disease.
