Background and Objective Atopic dermatitis is also called genetic allergic dermatitis. In recent years, the mobility of this disease has been obviously increased, however, there is still no effective therapy. It seriously damaged the quality of life of the patients. Thus, to control the disease from the root of the occurrence and development seems difficulty. The stuy is to detect the expression levels of ROR y t gene and Foxp3gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) of patients with Atopic Dermatitis(AD), and explore the possible pathological mechanism in the development of AD.Methods63AD patients and54aged-matched healthy controls were involved in our study. Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR Was used to measure the expression of RORγt gene and Foxp3gene.Results Both the expression of Foxp3gene and RORγt gene were significantly higher in AD (2.4060±0.3355:6.9130±0.2046) than that of controls (1.1852±0.4189;2.7501+0.2518). A statistical increases was observed in the levels of RORγt in AD patients of severe(7.1203+0.1056) than those with patients of mild and those with patients of moderate(6.8046±0.1731:6.8655±0.3671). but no significant difference was noted between AD patients of mild and those with patients of moderate. The severe degree of AD Was positively correlated with the levels of RORγt gene (r,=0.623, p1<0.01)Conclusion Higher expression of RORγt gene and Foxp3gene may play a role in the pathogenesis of AD, and the RORγt gene Was positively correlated with the severe degree of AD, The imbalance of immune regulation produced by interaction between RORγt gene and Foxp3gene may take part in the pathogenesis of AD.
