Study On The Effectiveness And Safety Of Acupoint Application In Preventing Bronchialasthma

Objective1.Through the change of TCM syndrome scores of asthma before and after treatment,the clinical curative effect of acupoint application of winter disease cured in summer on bronchial asthma was explored.2.Through the observation and treatment of the acupoint application of skin reaction and the follow-up and analysis of adverse events,the scientific evaluation of the safety of acupoint application therapy for the summer treatment of winter disease.Methods42 patients with bronchial asthma recruited in posters at first affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Feidong county chinese medicine Hospital,Hefei No.8 people Hospital,Yuexi county chinese medicine hospital from May 2015 to July 2015.2015-2016 baseline period,In 2015,all the patients on the dog days of summer were given number 2 drug application on the Feishu control point(bilateral),Xinshu control point(bilateral),and Geshu control point(bilateral).2016-2017 treatment period.In 2016,42 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 21 cases each.In 2016,the treatment group took Feishu(bilateral),Xinshu(bilateral),and Geshu(bilateral)for No.1 drug application,and the control group at Feishu control point(bilateral)and Xinshu control point.(Bilateral),Geshu control point(bilateral)No.2 drug application.Blood eosinophils were detected before and after the application,and the symptoms were scored before and after treatment by using the TCM syndrome score table in 2016.2015-2016 and 2016-2017two-year follow-up visits for asthmatic patients.The degree of skin acupoint application was divided into light reaction group,middle reaction group and heavy reaction group.Observe the degree of acupoint application of skin reactions,pay attention to the analysis and recording of adverse events during the course of treatment,and statistically analyze the data to obtain the results and objectively evaluate itstherapeutic effects.Results1.Efficacy: the curative effect of the two groups after treatment was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate in the treatment group was 85.70%,and that in the control group was 52.40%.2.TCM Syndrome Score: after the end of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the chest tightness score of the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was very significant(P<0.01),wheezing and shortness of breath scores were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The wheezing,cough,and cough scores were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,although there was no statistical significance(P> 0.05).However,it is still possible to show that the wheezing,cough,and cough symptoms of the patients in the treatment group are better than those in the control group.3.Number of episodes: compared with baseline,the number of episodes in the treatment group was significantly lower during the treatment period(P<0.05);the number of seizures in the control group was not significantly different from that before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that Summer acupuncture points can help reduce the number of attacks in patients with asthma.4.Peripheral blood EOS results: EOS values in the peripheral blood of the treatment group decreased before and after treatment,compared with the control group,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).5.Acupoint application of skin reaction clinical observation: according to the acupoint application of skin response score table,the treatment group patients were divided into 6 cases non-response group,7 cases mild reaction group,7 cases moderate reaction group,1 case heavy reaction group,The each group skin reaction patient selected chlortetracycline eye ointment for external application,strictly avoidedcontact with water,had a light diet,and had a good skin lesion recovery,and no clinical adverse events occurred.Conclusion1.Acupoint application to treat bronchial asthma can reduce the number of asthma attacks;2.Acupoint application can effectively improve the patient's wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath,and improve the patient's quality of life;3.Acupoint application of moderate skin reactions for effective protection can facilitate skin restoration and avoid infection.
