To Investigate The Correlation Between Long And Curative Effect Of Bronchial Asthma With Acupoint Application

Object:The application of acupoint sticking therapy in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma was observed by using the theory of "treating winter diseases in summer".Methods:Collect 162 cases in remission in patients with bronchial asthma,according to the different sticking length,according to the random number table is divided into 4H group,6h group,8h group and 10h group.The use of traditional Chinese medicine paste paste paste paste,the patients with bilateral Feishu,Dingchuan,Feishu,diaphragm Yu Xue,heart of Yu Xue,Yu Xue,spleen shenshu.Start sticking therapy from the summer solstice day,sticking a time interval of 7 days,a total of 10 stickers Records of 4 groups of patients with asthma before treatment and six months after the end of wheezing,wheeze,seizure frequency,the quality of life in adults with asthma score(AQLQ)scale changes.Results:1.The clinical symptom scores of the 4 groups after treatment were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the effect of long 4H group was worse than that of the other 3 groups(P<0.05).The effect of 6h group was longer than that of 8h group and 10h group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the 8h group and the 10h group in the application time.2.Of the 4 groups of patients after treatment of wheezing,wheezing episodes,compared between groups,the indicators of long 4h group when patching better than the other 3 groups(P<0.05),sticking length of 8h group and 10h group compared with the index of long sticking when there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),paste with long 8h group,10h group and long sticking sticking length of the indexes of group 6h that there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Score before and after treatment in 4 groups of AQLQ scale,found sticking length 4H group activity limitation,asthma symptoms,response to irritants better than the other 3 groups(P<0.05),sticking length 8h group,10h group and long sticking sticking length of 6h group activity limitation,the symptoms of asthma,the stimuli had significant difference(P<0.05),sticking length of 8h group and 10h group when patching long activity limitation,the symptoms of asthma,the stimuli had no significant difference(P>0.05).The psychological status of patients and their health care in two parts,the score of the treatment of the four groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Acupoint Application on the prevention and treatment of asthma is satisfactory,the main symptoms of asthma patients(wheezing,wheezing),the number of attacks and the quality of life of patients with asthma have been improved.With the application of the extension of the length of time,the effect was significantly improved,but when the application of a certain degree of increase in length,the effect does not increase with the increase in the length of the paste,when the application of 8h long time to achieve the best control effect.Four groups of patients after treatment,the psychological status of patients with AQLQ scale and the two part of their own health care score changes had no statistical significance(P>0.05)...
