Objective: Through clinical observation to verify the clinical curative effect of compound prescription Dishao in mild to moderate hypertension on heart and kidney yin deficiency type and its safety.Methods: In the clinical study,patients of standard heart kidney yin deficiency type hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in the control group,treated with ABR or ACEI drugs,experimental group of 32 patients treated with compound to Shao decoction,while giving the original antihypertensive drugs(ARB or ACEI)orally;group two for 4 weeks,observe the change of blood pressure before and after treatment for 4 weeks,the main clinical symptom index and safety.Results:(1)the curative effect of blood pressure: 1)the two groups can effectively reduce blood pressure,the experimental group can significantly reduce the systolic blood pressure(P < 0.05),lower diastolic blood pressure(P < 0.05),decreased pulse pressure(P < 0.05);2)In the 4 weeks of treatment,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05),At the beginning of fourth weeks,diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.05);3)the experimental group than the control group,the antihypertensive effect was more significant(P < 0.05).(2)the efficacy of TCM syndrome: experimental group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart and kidney yin deficiency type hypertension(P < 0.05);(3)the safety index: before and after treatment,two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood,liver and kidney function,no significant difference in urine(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)the compound Dishao is safe and effective for the treatment of mild and moderate hypertension of heart kidney yin deficiency type;.(2)the compound Dishao can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients with hypertension,dizziness,headache,palpitation,tinnitus,lumbar soft knees,insomnia,dry mouth clinical symptoms improved significantly;(3)There was no obvious adverse reaction in the study process,which indicated that it had good safety.
