| Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical disease and is one of the most common causes of radiation pain at the waist and lower extremities,seriou sly threatening human health.In the clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebraldis c herniation,the effect of acupoint therapy in conservative treatment is outstandi ng and has been favored by patients.In this paper,the clinical effect of hand po inting ring jump and committee in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was observed,and the effects of hand pointing point on LDH were clarified in rabbits with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation model PGE2 and SP.Part I Clinical study Object:On the basis of a large number of clinical studies,the results of JOA score,visu al simulation scale(VAS)and efficacy evaluation were used toob serve the clini cal efficacy of hand pointing ring jump and the treatment of lumbar interverteb ral disc herniation.Method:In this paper,60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were random ly divided into 30 cases of general massage combined with hand pointing poin ts(treatment group)and 30 cases of ordinary massage group(control group).The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients were observed respe ctively before and after treatment,an-d the efficacy of the two groups were ass essed by two different methods:JOA score and visual simulation scale(VAS).Result:1)Comparison of JOA scores before and after treatment between the two grou ps:after treatment,the JOA score was higher than before treatment,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).2)Comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment:VAS scores decreased significantly in treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05).3)Comparison of the efficacy evaluation of the two groups of symptoms: reco very of 2 cases in 30 patients with LDH,18 cases,effective 8 cases,invalid 2 ca ses,total effective rate 93.33 %;There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of 70.00% in the control group of 30 patients with L DH,8 cases with apparent effect,12 cases with effective effect,9 cases with inef fective effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The massage combined with the hand pointing points can improve the pain sy mptoms of LDH patients and improve the clinical efficacy.The second part of animal experiments Object:By observing the activity of PLA2,PGE2 and SP in the nuclear tissue before a-nd after the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in rabbits in three groups of treatment group,model group and blank group,the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of hand pointing points on LDH was further clarified.Method:The 30 common rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group and treatment group,each group of 10.The model group and the treatment grou p were molded,and the rabbits were selected for the loop jump,the central and The blank group was treated with no treatment was performed.After the end of the course of treatment,rabbits were executed and the medulla nucleus tissue of the lumbar 6-7 intervertebral disc was taken.The activity PLA2,SP and PG E2 content in the medulla nucleus tissue of three groups of rabbits were detect ed by ELISA method.Result:1)The activity of PLA2 was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.01).The activity of PLA2 was significantly lower than that of model grou p(P<0.05).2)PGE2 content was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.01)PGE2 content in nucleus pulposus in treatment group was significantly lower t han that in model group(P<0.05).3)SP content was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.01).SP content in nucleus pulposus in treatment group was significantly lower than th at in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PLA2 activity,PGE2 and SP content in the nuclear tissue of rabbits in th e treatment group were significantly reduced,which may be one of the mechani sms for the treatment of LDH by hand pointing points. |
