1 Clinical research1.1 Objective:On January 2017~December 2017 in Hefei,we analyze the same period data of the daily average concentration of PM2.5 with respiratory medicine(including respiratory medicine for cadres)outpatient volume,daily total amount of hospitalization and the respiratory disease hospitalization to explore the law of atmospheric PM2.5 concentration and respiratory morbidity,to provide theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of respiratory system disease induced by PM2.5.1.2Method:WecollecteddataofPM2.5dailyaverageconcentration,meteorology,respiratory medicine(including respiratory medicine for cadres)outpatient volume(not including Winter-Disease-Treated-in-Summer,cream),daily total amount of hospitalization,daily hospitalization of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and interstitial lung disease over the same period On January 2017~December 2017 in Hefei,the data were analyzed by R3.4.1 software,then we summarized the law of atmospheric PM2.5 concentration and the incidence rate of respiratory diseases.1.3 Results:In 2017,Hefei`s annual average concentration of PM2.5 was 56.41+33.92?g/m~3;Department of respiratory medicine,daily outpatient/hospitalization volume on the total amount of respiratory medicine or interstitial lung disease,hospital volume relative risk of lag effect occurs at the third day after PM2.5 exposure,and hospitalization in acute asthma exacerbation and in AECOPD after PM2.5exposure 0~6 days the relative risk increase is basically the same.When the daily average concentration of PM2.5 rise per 32.25?g/m~3,outpatient/hospitalization risk of respiratory outpatients,inpatients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,AECOPD and in patients with interstitial lung disease increased 0.14%,0.12%,0.47%,0.12%and 0.43%.1.4 Conclusion:PM2.5 can lead to increased risk of outpatient or hospitalization in Department of respiration,and there is a certain lag effect.2 Experimental research2.1 Objective:The intervention of Qingfei Paicheng Fang on PM2.5 infected rats was performed,and the related indicators were determined and analyzed to verified the intervention effect of Qingfei Paicheng Fang to providing clinical guidance for TCM Prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases induced by PM2.5.2.2 Method:From October 2017 to November,a large flow sampler collected PM2.5on the 26 floor of the first hospital building of Anhui Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(sampling height:90m).The atmosphere PM2.5 was collected,and the PM2.5 suspension was prepared.48 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6groups,8 rats in each group were control group(group A),respectively.At the 1std,8thd,15thd,22thd intratracheal instillation of NS;each infusion quantity is 1mL/kg;the model group(group B,E,D,E,F),respectively in experiment At the 1std,8thd,15thd,22thd intratracheal instillation of 30mg/mLPM2.5 suspension;each infusion volume was 1mL/kg,NAC group(group C)from the model group was established respectively by intragastric administration of N-acetylcysteine 150mg/kg/d,a total of 4weeks.Low,medium and high dose intervention group(D,E,F group)from the model group was established respectively by intragastric administration of 0.60,1.20 and2.40g/kg/d Qingfei Paichen Fang,a total of 4 weeks.After the end of feeding,serum TNF-?,IL-6,IL-1?and lung tissue MDA and SOD were detected,and the lower left lungs of rats were stained with HE,then were observed and analyzed.2.3 Results:(1)The serum IL-1?,IL-6,TNF-?serum indexes of rats in each group were compared with the model control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between each dose of Chinese medicine intervention group and NAC group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and each index concentration model control group>NAC group>low dose intervention group>middle dose intervention group>high dose intervention group>blank control group.(2)The MDA content and SOD activity in lung tissue of each group were significantly different from those in the model control group(P<0.05).The difference between MDA and SOD in each dose group was statistically significant compared with that in the NAC group(P<0.05).In the content of MDA in model control group>NAC group>low dose intervention group>middle dose intervention group>blank control group.From SOD activity index,the blank control group>low dose intervention group>middle dose intervention group>high dose intervention group>model control group.but the difference in low dose intervention group and middle dose intervention group was not statistical significant(P>0.05).2.4 Conclusion:PM2.5 can induce inflammatory reaction and induce oxidative stress in rats,while Qingfei Paichen Fang can intervene from inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress mechanism,thereby protecting lung injury induced by PM2.5,and its overall effect is better than that of N-acetylcysteine.
