Objective:Explore isolated lung nodules(solitary pulmonary nodules,SPN benign and malignancy with patients age, gender, smoking, family history of cancer, and imaging characteristics of relevance.Analysis of lung high-resolution CT(High Resolution CT,HRCT),lung tumor markers in the diagnosis of SPN value. Methods: Collect the 1st affiliated hospital of medical school in the south of anhui in October 2015 to October 2017,a total of 93 cases of the pathological diagnosis of specific cases of patients with SPN data, including gender, age, smoking history, family history of cancer, clinical symptoms, nodal diameter, tuberous part,HRCT signs(lobulation, spiculation, pleural indentation, vessel convergence, cluster sign, calcification),pulmonary HRCT diagnosis, tumor markers test results, through the pathological diagnosis is divided into malignant lesions and benign lesion group, gender, age and smoking history, clinical symptoms, nodal diameter, tuberous part,HRCT manifestations aspects comparative analysis with SPSS19.0 software,at the same time analysis was statistically significant pulmonary HRCT single sign character(lobulation, spiculation, pleural indentation, vessel convergence)and composite signs in the diagnosis of PSN property value.Pulmonary HRCT diagnosis and tumor markers are compared and the final pathologic diagnosis,of pulmonary HRCT,pulmonary tumor markers examination in the diagnosis of SPN property value. Results:This study collected cases 93 cases,50 cases of malignant lesions, accounted for 53.76%,43 cases of benign lesions, accounted for 46.24%;Malignant lesions and benign lesion group in age, nodal diameter size, pulmonary HRCT signs(lobulation, spiculation, pleural indentation, convergence, cluster sign, calcification)have difference(P < 0.05),while in gender, smoking history, family history of cancer, clinical symptoms have no difference(P > 0.05);Single HRCT signs: high to low in turn set sensitivity: spiculation is 74.00%,lobulation is 68.00%,pleural indentation is 58.00%,vessels convergence 56.00%,specificity of high to low in turn: pleural indentation is 74.42%,lobulation is 69.98%,vessel convergence is 67.44%,spiculation is 60.47%,accuracy high to low in turn: lobulation is 68.80%,spiculation is 67.74%,pleural indentation is 65.59%,vessel convergence is 61.29%,HRCT manifestations of combination group:sensitivity 72.00%,specificity of 95.30%,82.00% accuracy;Pulmonary HRCT characteristics of isolated pulmonary nodules diagnostic sensitivity of 92.00%,specificity of 72.00%,82.00% compliance rate, tumor markers in patients with SPN benign and malignant diagnosis sensitivity of 30.00%,The specificity of 90.70%,the conformity of 58.06%.Conclusion: Clinical response to older, nodule diameter larger(> 1.5 cm),pulmonary HRCT manifestations have lobulation, spiculation, pleural indentation, vessels convergence, especially HRCT signs above several emerged due to the highly suspected PSN malignant may.Clinically because of emphasis on pulmonary HRCT technique and significance of tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung related, help to early identification of malignant SPNS..
