Objective:Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous interstitial disease, the image performance is not typical. To investigate the high resolution CT manifestations of pulmonary lesions of sarcoidosis, and to improve the imaging diagnostic level of pulmonary sarcoidosis. Methods:We retrospectively reviewed 65 patients in accordance with sarcoidosis diagnostic standards to analyze their pulmonary high resolution CT manifestations. Our observation index included: regional and positional distribution of microscopic nodules, characteristics of small nodules, with signs such as patchy opacities, ground glass opacity, pleural and fibrosis. Results:The main clinical manifestations were cough(51%),expectoration(32.7%),chest tightness(24.5%),shortness of breath(10.2%),weight loss(24.1%)etc.The positive rate of X-ray film in the diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis was lower than that of lung CT plain scan, enhancement and HRCT,the positive rate of lung CT scan in the diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis was lower than that of lung CT enhancement and HRCT,the positive rate of lung CT enhancement in the diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis is similar to that of HRCT.The main manifestation of lung sarcoidosis is pulmonary parenchymal micronodules(63.1%),small nodules(20%),bronchiolectasis(35.4%),pulmonary opacities(16.9%),ground glass opacity(23.1%),linear opacities(6.2%),interlobular septal thickening(38.5%),pleural disease(20%)and pulmonary fibrosis(6.2%).Conclusions:Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous interstitial disease, most of the age is less than50,and female more than male, the clinical symptoms are main pulmonary signs, showing no specificity. The positive rate of HRCT in the diagnosis of pulmonarysarcoidosis was significantly higher than that of chest radiography and CT scan of lung, and HRCT has a higher detection rate for small miliary nodules, which is helpful in differentiating reversible and irreversible lesions.
