Study On The Improvement Of Public Health Service Ability Of Primary Health Care Institutions

In recent years,our country has paid more attention and support to the public health service,but the present situation of the basic public health service is still not satisfactory,which is not consistent with the status of China as the world's second economic entity.The Chinese government has accelerated the pace of reform of the health care system.The public health service,which is mainly provided by the government,will continue to develop along with the new medical reform.The main problems hindering the ability of basic public health service is still a public health resource allocation,in order to meet the implementation of health care,township and city community health service center as the main body of the medical and health institutions in the future will have more resources to tilt,have more health support work.The basic public health service project mainly includes the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,vaccination,maternal and child health of the elderly management and other 10 items,such as part of the project of health management is still in the development stage,for the construction of public health system,basic public health service ability still needs to be further improved,bottlenecks exist in many aspects.This paper mainly focuses on the basic medical and health institutions,starting from the public health service ability and development,using the new public service theory,the concept of basic medical and health institutions of public service capacity and performance characteristics are introduced in detail.Through the collection and analysis of data,in the NT city of JS Province as an example,through the research status of basic medical and health service capability in NT implementation and the problems faced by the existing problems and the cause of formation of multi-level analysis,that the service content of the implementation is not in place,lack of human resources,service management system is not smooth,the sources of funding guarantees and incentive policy oriented is the key reason unknown to improve control of service ability,and through the research and analysis of existing domestic and international community public health service,summarizes their successful experience,that can increase the grass-roots service personnel from high government awareness,public health services for the increased importance of channels to solve the refinement supervision and management evaluation system and improve the financial subsidies and other aspects of the introduction of social capital.This paper tries to provide some useful experience for the further development of community health service in China,and then provides some reasonable suggestions for the improvement of the basic public health service ability of NT city government in JS province.
