With the development of the society and the growth of the people's life standard,the problem of society ages turns most serious.So it is a significant thing to focus on the health of the aged.The cardiovascular disease is one of the main diseases threatening the people's health.At present it is the leading cause of death in our country.The latest statistics show the number of death caused by cardiovascular disease account 44.8 per of all death number in countryside,it accounts 41.9 per of all death number in city,it is the first among the number of death.In most cases,it is without obvious signs when the prior to the onset of illness,the aged also often don't take care of self when they appear unwell.So it causes the death.Especially,the aged reduced mobility,and we need to see a doctor at home back and forth giving the aged a great deal of distress.Some patients feel unwell,and they check their ECG data to the hospital.But it can't detect abnormal signal,and the patients have uncomfortable sign,so they can only run around back and forth to the hospital,until detect abnormal signal,then treat their disease.To solve the above problems,we can make patient to collect ECG data athome or outdoors,it not only saves time but also saves cost,more importantly,whenthe patient of sudden cardiovascular disease,we can collect patient' s data in time to ensure the health of patients.So this article designed a virtual ECG clinic system.Inthe era of internet +,we created a platform,Any hospital can open their own ECG clinic in the platform,the registered users can view their diagnostic resules in the form of web pages.The design of virtual ECG clinic is based on Web technology.Users can monitor their ECG data by Holter anytime,collected ECG data stored in the TF card.Then transmitting the data to PC by the USB cable.The user eventually transmit the data to the server through the Web.And they can choose which hospital orwhich doctors to diagnose their own data.Doctors can use the diagnostic software to view and manage the user's data,diagnostic results can be displayed by dynamic pages,users can browse theresults on the Web.The system contains ECG Holter design,Web site design and physician workstation system.ECG Holter mainly complete the acquisition,amplification,and programe for the master chip STM32 to achieve the A/D conversion,signal storage and other functions.Web site design use the internettechnology to create a platform that any hospital can open their own clinic.Users can choose theclinic to register,then updata their data to the clinic.After payment,they can view or downloadECG diagnostic reports via browser.Physician workstation system mainly achieve ECG data calculations,filtering and dynamic waveform display of standard 12-lead,as well as heart rate automatic detection,correlation parameter calculation anddisplay,automaticdiagnosis of diseaseand other functions.
